Wonderful atmosphere! The food is absolutely comforting and delicious. Mr. Carlos and Mrs. Magdalena have such a pleasant attitude and it is equally shared with the quality of food and drinks. You can do pick up orders by just calling them or dining in if you feel like resting for a moment. A simple yet wonderful experience. This is my go to for true Salvadorian food! I strongly recommend!

I think I found my favorite Salvadoran food restaurant in town ! The food is made when you order it. So fresh and delicious. You can taste the love and effort that is put into the food. The atmosphere is quaint and personable. The owners are so sweet and make you feel at home. I love it here!

The service was lovely and the family running it very helpful. Sadly, the food was acceptable but not as fabulous as the restaurants we loved so much before COVID closed them. The tamales were almost like Mexican style, not the dreamy soft Salvadoran style. The Mondongo is a nice stew, but under seasoned and lacked salt and herbs and the levels of collagen that marks this wonderful stew at its finest. The pupusas were the only thing that rose to a good level, still lacking salt and the curtido was underwhelming, again lacking the levels needed of oregano, salt and other ingredients to make it great.

Pupusas were doughy and tough. The tamal de pollo were burned. I don't know how you can burn something that's wrapped in a banana leaf! The salsa tasted like tomato sauce from a can. The platanos were pretty good. Very small portions on the beans and creama. Can't recommend this place. There's too many other good, authentic Salvadoran restaurants around town.

Mannnn I love this spot! I essentially come here once a week, usually on Sundays. My uncle told my mom about this spot, and then she told me, so I found them strictly through word of mouth. SO glad I did. At this point the owners know because I come almost every Sunday like I mentioned. I alwaysss get their pupusas revueltas and an order of their pastelitos de carne (similar to meat empanadas). So good that I don't even want to try anything else yet. My family has tried their beef soup which so far is one of the only ones my grandma approves of outside of her own recipe. They've also tried their grilled chicken plate, and a few of the breakfast plates as well as the Hispanic drinks they offer. So far everything has been great that I've had, and most recently one of the owners told me I was her favorite customer ;). When visiting my mom and grandma I can feed us all a meal, get myself an appetizer, and get them two drinks for right around $50. Great food, great value, genuine kind owners where you can tell they truly value your business.
