This restaurant is honestly a hit or miss it can super good then the next day very bad like one day I had the chicken legs with fried rice and everything was good the a couple days later I ordered the same thing & my stomach was hurting very bad & I wanted to throw up but for the most part when I go & ordered they'll good so it's a hit or miss ‍

Food was not good. Over cooked and lacking in flavor. Will not return to this restaurant.

Disgusting, vile horse shyt. Rice was clearly not boiled correctly, it had way too much water and yellow when it was supposed to be brown rice. The chicken was not chicken. It was chewy and weird tasting my stomach hurts after one bite. The service was pretty nice. Now I'm going to Tiger Noodle House to spend double for good quality

Great for a quick meal. I always get chicken wings and fried rice. Can't go wrong. The location on the north side (gears road) is cheaper than the Antoine location for some reason.

I tried this restaurant again to make sure if it was worth the bad reputation that I gave in the last review, and that apparently everyone is giving it. Few things to know: 1) I would highly recommend you to go through the drive thru at this restaurant, if you just want to get the food and get out. The inside of the restaurant does look pretty sketchy. 2) Get a Kool-Aid to go with your meal. They make it properly, with a lot of sugar, like your mammy used to make. 3) If you want good rice, get the rice that has the meat and the bean sprouts in it. It is much better than the rice served with the combos. Not 100% like I've had from other restaurants, but it will fill you up, and that's really what this restaurant does best, is fill hungry bellies. 3) Get a lot of sauce packets. For the fried rice, I really think it needs it, for seasoning and flavor. I still haven't had a lot on their menu, but I'd give Timmy Chan's a 3.5 out of 5.

Timmy Chan's is truly a cultural icon for us! We were coming back home after traveling and didn't have a clue what to eat. We knew we wanted chicken and knew we didn't want to spend a fortune. Also wanted quick. Since we were near the original location being at the airport, went in to map the location and remembered there was one near us. We got there and went through the drive through. It was a long line but they were so fast. The inside closes at dark I believe but we didn't want to go inside anyway. We got chicken drumsticks with rice, wings and shrimp fried rice. Also a side of gravy. We got sweet and sour and soy sauce included. Other sauces are extra. I will get full wings next time but the lemon pepper wings were excellent and cooked to perfection. Needless to say everything was piping hot, hit the spot and we had a whole meal the next day for each of us. We spent 44.00 for 2 meals for 3 adults. Where else but Timmy Chan's. Recommend a million times over!

What the fck is this Bull sht.... I paid 12$ for rice and veggies ??? I said chicken and rice ?!? Bro return me my fucken money asap

The food was delicious, I got the wing combo with 6 full wings and some delicious fried shrimp with rice. I would 100% return again

The food was soo nasty, the rice tasted as if they had cooked it on something burnt and it's supposed to be fried rice yet it was mushy. When I took only one spoon of rice, it made my throat sting and my stomach instantly hurt. My boyfriend ordered LEGS and fries and gave him wings instead and the wings WERE RAWW. My boyfriend had food poisoning from it smh absolutely disappointing. Will not be eating there again.

This is not a good place. I was eating some chicken and my tooth cracked. Tried to contact the owners but was given the run-around. The lady at the drive through told me that my tooth was already cracked and that I needed a receipt ( use the cameras that y'all have). I'm still waiting on someone to contact me
