This place is cash only and I hate that. Had to walk down the street to get cash from a nearby service station. the staff was pretty friendly, she helped with ordering very well. The food was not good at all I could've lived without it. I really only went because it is a popular Houston place. I ordered wings, buffalo wings, and rice, the combo rice was awesome. I had shrimp ham and chicken I believe that would be worth going back but the wings were fried with a batter and by the time I got home they were soggy. I did not like that at all but I COULD/MIGHT go back for the rice

Hoo boy..had the 3 pc fried tilapia and moo goo gai pan. The fish was TRAGIC. Absolutely no flavor at all. It was like the cook was hurt by spices as a child and still didnt trust them enough to use them yet. Including salt. The fries were like shoestrings,overcooked and the cook was too afraid to bless them with salt. That little biscuit thing was just there to suck up the grease.Was cooked to order though. I guess I should've offered to pay extra for some seasoning. The moo goo? Definately not as good as back in the day. Tasted " off". The " fried" rice? Please. Just rice with some soy sauce and desiccated pieces of eggs tossed in for the hell of it. Rice had a interesting crunch to it. Problem was it was the actual grains of rice that were crunching. I guess so you can eat and clean your teeth at the same time. $ 20 for that substandard nonsense. Had some entertainment though. As in watching the " professional women" walk back and forth. The area is straight hood. Do not risk your safety or your gut for this slop.

I'm new to this side of town and this is my 1st horrible encounter with this restaurant! The fish was huge and tasted like chemicals, the fries weren't fresh and the cream puffs were extremely hard. I called the establishment and the conversation was 1 sided -- of course "the manager" is right. They've lost a customer.

Ok there legends in Houston and super nice people at this location I know first hand. Clean dinning area with a tv to watch. I feel that there food is good but I tasted better that's why they didn't get a 5. You must know how to order there as well to receive a deal. A prime example is this a combination rice medium (with all meats and veggies ) is almost $10. In my opinion thats expensive for only rice but it's consistent with other similar restaurants pricing. But here is how you can get meat and a roll extra for around the same price. So let me bust it down for you. Order a 3 piece chicken legs dinner the legs was pretty big it's about $5 and the dinner comes with roll and rice upgrade change your regular rice to combination (with all meats and veggies )and you have combination rice fried chicken legs and a fried roll for around $10 bucks. So that's what I got of course. I added another 3 piece and was able to share amongst 3 people and all of us was satisfied. The bill was a little over $15 which was my budget. Im super excited I busted the menu there is always a way to get more for less either the cashier will help you figure that out or you must study the menu your self unfortunately I had to study myself. Big tip there is always upgrade deals or add side or meat deals at Chinese restaurants. Apparently There hot sauce is good as well I don't go there so I didn't know to get packets neither was it offered however duck sauce was given without asking. Tip to restaurant offer additional condiments than only the duck sauce or have some by the counter. I know it's a fast pace restaurant and condiments cost money but trust me it's serious for some people. I was suppose to get hot sauce and ketchup and know I will never know how the food would have tasted with hot sauce. They had pretty good business. There is a runner who brings out food to vehicles after ordering although you can order inside or over the phone but no one chose to do that everyone did drive through Because of the corona and the weather. I definitely went inside to check the place out of course but not only that it was because I seen the young lady in and out the cold I was thinking about her too. She better wear a little hat tomorrow I know it's hard with the earphones.

This store does not take care of their customers. Giao got my order wrong. I got home and realized it was wrong. I called the store, and Giao did not want to correct the order. When I went in and complained, the order was corrected, but there was no apology, nor an offer to make it right with the customer, in consideration of time, gas, and inconvenience. Rather, she joked and laughed with another worker about the situation. In my opinion, there is a culture of taking the customer for granted at this store, rather than appreciating the loyalty of customers who've kept them in business all these years. I will definitely choose another location to patronize in the future. They won't get another dollar from me.

For as crowded as they are. They move quick! Them wings are undefeated!!! The portion sizes are great too.

Reminds me of simple yet good chicken wings and fried rice like the good old days. Reminds me of the Chinese food sold in New Jersey.

It's the wings for me!!The wings are so crispy and crunchy, and I like the bit of spice that the chicken had. It wakes up the flavor. The fried rice is also amazing and fried well done, I like it most with soy sauce it compliments the taste of the rice.

I went to Timmy Chain @ 9550 Bissonnet 8/6/2023 to get egg drop soup and got wonton soup instead. I drove back for my order to be corrected and this Asian guy who is about 5'9 150lb with short black hair and black glasses on had such a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. He begins to yell racists things to me saying FUCK YOU BLACK NIGGER!! TAKE YOUR FUCKING MONEY BACK!! I couldn't believe I was experiencing this as an assistant GM for an Asian company that I work for. I would say to all of my BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT GO BACK THERE. With this type of racists behavior, we don't know what they are doing to our food and/or putting in our food when we are placing our order and furthermore, I don't want to spend my money where my people and I will be treated in this manner. This place needs to be boycotted and canceled. Sad SMH!

Horrible customer service. They are set up in the middle of a neighborhood where primarily Black Americans patronize thier business. Against my better judgment i went to this location because it was close,however the experience i had with the workers are racists. I was verbally assaulted by the Asian guy their because he was upset that he had to make a special order. When I asked for it to be corrected he said FU(% YOU! If you chose to spend your money there keep in mind this location and place of business comes across DISLIKING black people,but are willing to take your money. You may want to consider spending your money elsewhere. When I asked for the manager/owner they all claim the owner was not there. At that time all of the workers there claim "NO HABLA ESPANOL"Lol...how ironic??Please reconsider patronizing this establishment. The whole place needs a revamping from the workers Andy Tran/Loan To/whole place! If you chose to spend your money there keep in mind this location and place of business comes across DISLIKING black people,but are willing to take your money.
