Don't let the outside deter you from this Houston Gem. The outside looks suspect but what's inside is so much greater lol Its a small mom & pop establishment.It's a staple I lived by when I went to college in Houston and anytime I visit it's a must I get a plate. IMO the vegetable fried rice, wings and egg rolls are the best eats on the menu. Cheap, and oh so good, it's a few around Houston check one out if you like Chinese with a lil soul lol

Not overly inviting looking and depending on which direction you come from you can't see their sign through the trees. At first I couldn't even tell if they were open.I got the combination fried rice and it was pretty good. They fill up the whole bottom of the to-go container, so I had some left over. Egg rolls are good too. Nice and crunchy!! Not greasy. They give you everything like you're getting it to-go.It was $10.25 for the fried rice, 2 egg rolls, and a medium drink.Not terrible.

The food is decent for the price! Very inexpensive but only does take cash but great spot for economical dinner.

area is stretchy, however food is great, we always take out and it hits. the restaurant only allows cash as form of payment. shrimp fried rice and fried chicken wings are superior, my grandparents are from Mexico and request Timmy Chan every single time they are in town.

Just bought wing dinner to go, when got home found the wings were old and black , will not come back.

Great restaurant all around great food Mostly I eat there all the time the main majority of the things that they serve for all standard a couple of the prices has gone up so something says 999 you'll end up paying 1017 or more but even though taking that into account, I still would highly recommend this establishment for your food.

This is a typical Chinese American restaurant. They have fried chicken, Chinese dishes, Fried fish. The place is decent I always come back.

Worst Timmy Chan's location I ever been to, the inside looks so old and dirty, the food was mediocre, this place needs remodeling and better food.

Fried Rice with chicken wings is very tasty but too expensive. You get more rice than you can eat I ate off mine for 3 days! That was my first time trying them. (Tip they only take cash when most people don't carry cash.) I would return if I had someone to help me eat all that rice.

If i could give them a 0 I would. I called to place a pick-up order and the first person hung up in my face; then as I called again they sent me to voicemail, so I tried one more time, this time a lady answered with the NASTIEST attitude . I began to place my order for a wing dinner , and she had me go into detail about my wing dinner just to tell me "WE DONT TAKE PICK UP ORDERS ON WING DINNERS BECAUSE THEYRE ALREADY MADE " now i know your food isn't fresh ! And that's just unsanitary!! The attitudes were just all around poor, i did not sign your job application for you !
