First time here. Decided to stop by. Was greeted by Marisol. I wasn't sure what to get and she went over the menu with me and gave me her suggestions. She was very charismatic. Had a great attitude and made my first time here amazing! She stood out and made me feel so welcomed. She continuously checked up on me. She made sure that I was very well taken care of. She truly knows what it means to provide excellent customer service. She was friendly and fast. I am almost certain that if she didn't service me, my experience wouldn't have been as amazing as it was. This bar is lucky to have her work there. She is the reason for my future visits at this location.

I have been to Time Out #3, so when a friend suggested that we go to Time Out #2 I was all up for it. At Time Out #3 they have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and I am always up for some good live music... Well not at Time Out #2. I was a bit disappointed after arriving and seeing that there was no live music. But the place was really too small for a live band... So, to make up for it... they have a juke box to play all your favorite tunes. The beer was nice and cold... and they had my favorite kind. I was happy about the fact that they didn't allow smoking inside... thank goodness. It was wayyy to small in there for people to be smoking, but you could tell at one time they did allow it, because there was still a musty smell left over from what smokers would call "the good ole days". But they did accommodate the smokers with an outdoor covered patio. So even if it is raining... you can go get your smoke on.We were lucky enough to get a table... but every time I finished my beer I did have to go to the bar to get another one because the waitress was not coming around that often, but the bartender was quick with my orders... so I really didn't have to wait that long. The bathrooms were also pretty clean. So, all and all it was a pretty decent experience. Would I go back? Probably, but only if my friends suggested it and I could not talk them into going somewhere else.

This is totally a sports bar! As you walk in to Time Out #2 there are TVs suddenly surrounding you with just about any sport you want to watch on. It's a little small inside, but there is an outdoor patio as well. They have plenty of games to play as well...pool, darts, golden tee plus more. It's not really an "it" place bar, but it's great if you just want to grab a pitcher and chill. If you go on Saturday nights, you can get a pitcher for about $4 during their special hour. Not a bad deal at all in my opinion!

Service is lacking for sure. Thinks it's just one of those bars that isn't all that till you get to know the bartenders. But ok overall.

I can't believe I haven't left a review for one the best bars in the Clear Lake Area of Houston, TX. Yall, I'm here to tell you this is a great place to play pool, shuffle board, darts, watch the game, or just hang with friends and enjoy a proper pint as our British brethren say. No, it's not an English themed pub, but it is a very good Southeast Texan sports bar. They have plenty of beer and liquor options, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I've been going to this bar since I moved to Texas from North Carolina (best state ever.. oops did I let that slip in?, don't worry Texas is a very close 2nd) back in 2008. During crawfish season they boil up some tasty treats, so don't miss that either! Come on by and enjoy a cold one folks, you'll be treated like family!

Why 2 stars? Because it's a dive sports bar. --- --- ---I know some people find the term "dive" to be endearing, but I'm not one of those people. When I'm at home in Florida, I actually drive way out of my way to go to a better place to watch football on Sundays. There's a sports bar practically walking distance from my house, but the experience is really unenjoyable, so I'd rather put some extra miles on the car and go somewhere that I like.I ended up at Time Out because my family members that I was visiting wanted to go here. They live very close by, and come often during football season. They think I'm crazy that I'd rather drive another 10 miles to go somewhere else, but here are my reasonings:-Most of the TV's aren't very big. Not a big deal a few years ago, but now there are so many alternatives that have nothing but giant TVs.-Not only was the TV with our game small, but it had a giant hanging light blocking our view. I get the charm or the old school beer light, but why put it where it's blocking a TV? The reason people come to a sports bar is to watch the TVs.-The crowd that this place draws on NFL Sundays is... interesting to say the least. I get it that we're all watching live sports - it's gonna be loud. But there's a difference between being enthusiastic when your team makes a play, and just randomly shrieking at the top of your lungs every few minutes. There's specifically a woman always here during football season that makes sounds I swear would not be possible by a human being. It could shatter glass. And it certainly can ruin the experience for others.-The beer selection is non-existent. It's a typical, old school dive bar with all the usual Bud/Miller/Coors suspects.-The one thing I did enjoy was playing shuffleboard. I did very much enjoy playing that during the timeouts of the game. But overall? I'd prefer to go elsewhere from here on out.

If you are looking for a dive bar and a good time, this is the place. It smells and you better order only beer but I can honestly say my wife and I had a great time here. We played pool, which you have to pay for with change, we played the electronic golf game, and we played songs on the jukebox. It's a throwback to the old days of hanging out at an ice house and throwing back a few beers...or several beers.
