Before COVID, I was a regular at their lunch buffet--it was both reasonably priced and delicious. The service was alway incredibly friendly and prompt. I recently decided to give it another try, and while the food was still delicious, service amazing, the price has significantly increased. I understand that costs have risen across the board, but at this point, it feels more like a splurge than a good value. As much as I enjoyed the food, I'm not sure I can justify the expense anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was here. When we entered the restaurant I was a bit hesitant because the decorations were kind of gaudy. The service was pretty neutral. One male server was nice, but he was a bit difficult to understand (him having a mask on also added to the difficulty). Another female server was pretty awkward, I just guessed she was new and not comfortable with the service sector. The food however, was very good! The complimentary chutney with bread was nice; esp the mint chutney reminded me of my childhood when my Indian friend's mom used to make mint chutney and chapati for after school snacks. Samosa chaat was served warm and very delicious, chili chicken momo was such a comfort food, lamb rogan had the right amount of spices and hearty, naan was one of the best I had (so tender and had the right texture), and salty lassi was perfect! I actually cannot wait to come back and try more!

We had a great experience at Yak & Yeti for their Friday night dinner buffet which cost around $23 per person. The buffet had a wide variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, all of which were delicious. We've tried Indian cuisine at different restaurants across the metro area and Yak & Yeti is one of the best options. Our favorite dessert was the gulab jumun. The only downside of the buffet was that the majority of the options were mild in terms of spice, except for the samosas which were spicy and very tasty!

Lunch buffet has a HUGE selection. Just like any buffet, you will like some, love some, and well, you know. The beers are really good... house made, and a great selection.Service is very good, very friendly... you can tell they really care.Overall a solid place, solid food and service $20 gets you a good lunch and a beer... and you leave full and happy that some of the items are very good!

I have come to this Indian restaurant several times during January and February 2024. This place has a lunch buffet. The selection is excellent. On earlier occasions, I had the option of chicken makhani (butter chicken). On later occasions, it was replaced with chicken tikka masala. In addition, I had the coconut soup, vegetable samosas, vegetable pakoras, vegetable korma, daal tarka (lentils), sweet potato masala, saag paneer (spinach and cheese), and the alu gobi (curried cauliflower and potatoes). The variety was exceptional, and all the dishes tasted excellent. Most of the dishes are vegetarian, but there are several chicken options. The choices of rice come in the spiced yellow and the plain white. There is also a free order of butter naan with the lunch buffet. It's also a total cost of $18.41, which is a deal for all-you-can-eat Indian food. Even though I think Spice Room is the best Indian restaurant in the Denver area, this place is far more affordable. The service here is very quick. Getting seated and paying the bill is very easy. The dining room is beautiful with all the Indian and Himalayan themed art. This place is a must try for fans of Indian food.

You cannot beat The Yak when it comes to fantastic, consistent across locations, Indian food. Yak & Yeti is our go to as a family. Our daughter was home for the weekend from college and had been missing Indian food. This location has plenty of parking and is easy to get to. There is ample seating in the dining room. The staff is welcoming and our waters were never empty. We ordered three entrees for the four of us to share, but we all got our own order of Naan. Because, naan, right? Cannot get enough of that stuff. They give you Papadams when you sit down with several chutneys. The cilantro and the tamarind are my favorites. We had both chicken and sweet potato Tikka Masala as well as Tandoori chicken. It was paired with their seasoned rice. The onions and peppers that came with the Tandoori were tasty. Go, just go! If you have not had the wonderful food at a Yak & Yeti location, you need to go!

The buffet was close! thats what we went there for and it wasnt open... The place is nice and quaint. The service was good and the food was great. Iced chai was good. We had the appetizer sampler with a spice level of Hot. It was great! Not hot at all, but still very good!!! For our entrees, we got the Vindaloo Chicken and the Tandoori chicken. The Vindaloo was very good. The sauce is rich and creamy, and very flavorful. Full of spice and potatoes and chicken. The rice was very well cooked and made a perfect addition to the Vindaloo. The Tandoori Chicken was good. It's all dark meat. Thighs and legs chopped awkwardly around joints. It also had the back of the chicken. It was basically the spine and ribs with no meat. Kind of a waste. Felt like it was used to make the portion bigger without actually giving you anything edible. The sauce was good, and the vegetables were cooked very well. Used the garlic-cheese Naan to make a tandoori chicken taco and it was fantastic! Lol. The price is reasonable. Good food and good service.

So delicious! I'm vegetarian so is great because there is a lot of options. I decided to do the buffet but you can also order from the menu and there are so many delicious options. So glad that I came here because sometimes I'm afraid that the Indian food may be too spicy so but here my lentils had the right amount of spice. Totally recommend this restaurant.

Indian Buffet is back baby! They have both lunch and dinner buffet prices, as well as the ability to order all menu items. I love to dine in, the decor is traditional and kitschy, and service is stellar. Your water is always full haha. Personal advice: If you prefer "Take Out" then Call in your order and pick up - save this local business and yourself fees on both ends. They are fast and on time with phone orders! Favorites include Sagg Paneer, garlic Naan, Veggie Korma, and Alou Gobi.
