This place shouldn't be open yet! Service was horrible, building is incomplete and they only seem to cater to a particular audience. They played the same lion king song over four times and then only played African and Caribbean type music thereafter. The seating wasn't accommodating to smaller parties. BYOB was nice but they didn't have ice! The guy was nice enough to give free soda and juice. The owner finally showed up with ice an hour later and had a nasty attitude. There are PLENTY of hookah bars in the area so AVOID THIS ONE!

Second time here. The hookah is very smooth. Highly recommend grape mint cause it's not too sweet. Customer service is amazing, they regularly check on you and make sure you're good!

Came here for a birthday with a reserved section. The hookah hits smooooooth. I especially like how it's BYOB bc our group was pulling up with a bunch of bottles. Music was good & once midnight hits, you'll have a good time. I just wish it wasn't so far from where I live

What can I say? The decor is good. Pretty comfortable. however you should only come here if you really don't care about how they treat you. Apparently they have a much different clientele than any other hookah bar I've ever been to. You're not provided with a menu. Upon arriving, this is my first visit by the way, I seated myself outside on the patio which is nice. My server came and presented me with about four different flavors of hookah that I could choose from. He then asked me if I wanted something to eat he said they have wings french fries and beef kebabs period again there are no menus or even anything to scan to see a menu. As soon as I place my order I was asked to pay because apparently they have a lot of people who eat or smoke and run without paying therefore they have to treat everyone like a criminal and have them pay in advance or not order ing. Once they brought me my hookah I asked for a pair of tongs so I can rotate the charcoals. again I was told they were not allowed to bring me tongs because people steal them too often. I guess the guy went inside and spoke to a manager and he was allowed to bring me a pair of tongs which I ensured I placed back in his hand before I left. As I was sitting outside there was a young lady watching videos on her phone and another guy who rushed out with a plate of food inside it's my meal time . He acknowledged the young lady looked at me and turned his face and continued to eat. I wasn't aware of the time but they are actually both employees. I found this out when I had to get up to walk inside to ask for more charcoal because I had not been attended to in about 30 plus minutes and my charcoal had burned all the way down. At that point the young lady asked are you leaving? I answered no ma'am I'm just going inside to ask them for more charcoal. She said oh I can get that for you . Oh okay I didn't even know you worked here. She went inside and I guess notified somebody in about 10 minutes later they did finally bring me some charcoal. I would definitely not recommend coming here if you are used to being treated like a normal human being and valued customer.

Just posting here to say that I absolutely miss this place so much. I have much love and respect for the owner and always will. I believe they've changed locations since I moved and they're thriving at their new location. I remember when Hurricane Harvey hit, we were able to find shelter here. The previous name was Fog Hookah Lounge. I literally watched this place go from 2 people a night to hundreds. If I miss anything about Houston, it's the sweet memories that were created at this place. I hope everyone is doing well. Bless you!I will visit the new location if and/or when I visit Houston again.#ThankfulThursday

I don't know what this place is actually doing, but it seems like "hookah" and "bar" are way down the list of activities. Especially since the bar wasnt stocked, they had no ice and no liquor license. Went in just after 9pm and the valet ran up to us and asked if we had a reservation, there were probably 20+ cars in the parking lot, but the place was completely empty. We were sat at a table by the front door, then told it would cost $170 just to sit there. We said no thanks and then were moved to a grungy section with a broken booth and were told it would cost $83 for the table. We again said no thanks and the guy walked us next door to a place with free tables and told us it was a strip club. My date said no thanks and he said, "Well it's a strip club later", so we went in and sat down and ordered two diet cokes and a hookah. $50 later, paid upfront, we got two warm regular coke cans and hookah arrived later. It seemed like the server didnt understand us well and we never saw him again until waving goodbye shortly after. When we left, we saw security guards coming in from their parked cars with bullet proof vests on. I cant imagine why someone would pay $170 for just a table by the front door, $83 for a broken booth in the back, or $50 for a hookah and two warm cans of coke. I am not sure what the appeal of the place is. I wouldn't go back.

Very nice vibe. They are BYOB. Consider getting a section because there isn't really any "free" seating. The music was good and my friend enjoyed her birthday.

I was visiting Houston, and some of my friends were going to this spot, so I decided to link up with them. I was immediately irritated by the atmosphere of this place as soon as I got inside. The heat was very intense that you could see almost everyone sweating, and the place smelled terrible. Long story short, some of my friends went outside to get some air, and some left, but I stayed in since I still had some drinks and was having a conversation with someone I had met there. The waitress peeped that I was the only one remaining in the section and decided to sell it to another group. She started putting my drinks in the trash and insisted that the section had been resold. It was embarrassing, and I even offered to repay for the section we had previously paid for and mark them off as rippers, but they started being disrespectful, so I got upset and spoke back. Suddenly, this guy just came from nowhere and started throwing and punching. They even threatened to shoot? Like, for real? My friend insisted we had paid for the section, but they still harassed me and bruised my skin. My advice for you is to stay away from this place if you have self-respect, for they are racist and don't respect customers. They stole my wallet and everything inside.
