Such a disappointment, they replaced a BBQ place that was here before and the only saving grace for this place were the sides.... If you like rudy's and thomas bbq then eat here

I have been trying to try this place for a while but it was always sold out! I passed by today and saw the open sign so I looped back around. Soooo worth it! I ordered a chopped beef sandwich and the sweet tea punch! Absolutely delicious and better than corkscrew i see why they are always sold out! A must try

Had this for lunch yesterday as I was looking for something new in the area to try.. I was NOT disappointed! I highly recommend their chopped beef sandwich with potato salad as a side! Delicious!

I'm not your average BBQ consumer.. I grew up BBQ. And this is true Texas BBQ. The Brisket simply blew me away..I figured, okay, everybody can get it just right every once in awhile, and decided to stop by a couple weeks later and WOW!! Mouthwatering. Now "The Sauced Pig" is the only place I go when I am too lazy to fire up my own Stick Burner and stand over that firebox all day in the Texas Heat.The incredible food is complimented with friendly Customer Service. The owner is easy to talk to and you can tell he truly cares about the fact you came by to see him. His smile is sincere, he looks you straight in the eye when talking to you..Simply Super impressed, thus the longer than normal review. There is a Science behind cooking perfect BBQ and this man is Einstein.I even was the first to ask if he would sell me his secret rub, and he laughed and said that he never has before, but sold me $20 worth in a plastic baggie.. Money well spent.Bottom line is:Great/Fantastic BBQ served on a Warm Genuine Plate of Sincere appreciation....

Not sure why someone said this place isn't there. We found it with no problem. It sits back with a couple of other small places. This is the best pulled pork I've ever had. My husband and I both enjoyed it and the owner was very friendly. This is not a restaurant. It is more like a food truck, but they do have covered picnic tables to eat out of the sun.

There are Barbecue joints on every corner in Houston but not all barbecue is created equal. The barbecue here stands out among all the rest. I really enjoyed this barbecue. The sides are great and the tea is excellent. Highly recommend.

Fantastic food and an awesome crew! We've had their food several times now and it's always delicious. I've even invited them to do special events at my preschool and the guys are great with families, kids and give excellent customer service! I couldn't recommend them more!!!

Pete now only does catering (same phone number). The amazing tea+Kool-Aid drink they created won H-E-B's food competition and is now available on grocery shelves as "Savannah Rose Sweet Tea Punch"!

We tried this place for the first time today and it was excellent! We had the pulled pork sandwich and we highly recommend it! The Savannah Rose Tea was also very good! We will definitely be back. Regarding location, this is a food truck. Look for the Milstead Automotive sign. If you pass CVS coming from I-45, you've gone too far.

This is really a gem. A stellar food truck with amazing food. Their BBQ sauce is homemade and my boyfriend is a big fan of it. Ribs fell off the bone, sausage was spectacular. If you're looking for an adventure, the sauced pig is the place to try! You won't regret it.
