The Pyramids

It reminds me of very low-end NY street food. The food is more or less Greek-ish. The "lamb" plate consisted of pre-frozen, pre-formed, pre-sliced gyro meat (note to self: does Sam's Club sell cases of Kronos gyro meat-that's likely what this was); two small, fairly tasteless, barely seasoned falafel patties/donuts; some oddly sweet hummus that was almost certainly prepackaged; generic tzatziki, also prepackaged, and small wedges of okay pita. If you're very hungry and the truck is right there, maybe. Otherwise don't bother.

The Pyramids are an incredible food truck. We were lucky to have them stop by our apartment complex and we were thankful that they did. I will preface this review by saying that I am Egyptian and can tell when Mediterranean food is white washed or if it's authentic. This is as authentic as it gets. I got the beef kabob platter with double meat. The platters also come with three sides to choose from. All for $13. You cannot beat their food for both quality and price point. Please support this local business! It's not just some of the best food truck food I've had, but it's some of the best Mediterranean food I've had as well

Decent Mediterranean fare at this local food truck. Lamb platter includes slices of carved rotisserie lamb. I chose tzatziki, hummus and stuffed grape leaves as sides. Meat is moist and tender. Flavorful but could use a little oomph. Tzatziki excellent, garlicky and chunks of cucumber. Hummus excellent as well, creamy and rich. Both perfect for dipping. Baklava for dessert - sticky and sweet. Yum.Service is quick and very friendly. Worth a try if you see this truck out and about.

My wife has a hard time finding foot to eat. Last year she found out she has developed both a gluten allergy and a dairy one. So she eats a lot of bland food, she had the lamb kabob and said it was the best she's ever had. Impressive considering her family is Greek! :)I highly recommend this food truck. The two people that were working it were wonderful. I hope they are the owners !

Food was really good! My wife had the Philly steak gyro and I had the falafel. The owners were very nice and are order was ready in about five minutes. Also recommend the spanakopita but I would probably pass on the baklava unless you like a lot of nuts in it. Overall, will definitely visit again.

Food was amazing. Got the Beef n lamb gyro. Sooo freaking good added the . Everything cooked fresh . Taste was on point. Veggies fresh. Great customer service!!! And they even have Frank Red Hot Powder for your fries and food..prices are reasonable and I will definitely be following this truck around .

Got veggie gyro at Cisco event today. The gyro pita bread cover was hard like eating cardboard.

Buena comida, la relación precio calidad está muy bien. El servicio fue muy rápido, la comida estaba lista. Excelente ensalada griega y el arroz está campeón. Los grape leaves no estaban muy buenos, tal vez pueden encontrar otro enlatado de mejor calidad. El pan pita estaba muy fresco.
