Went in for a quick bite tonight. My wife and I tried the tapas and cocktails. Nice to make it in at 5:45, just before happy hour end, even on Sunday. The tapas were great. I got bread pudding for afterwards and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great. The vegan chocolate cake wasn't the best.

The food is delicious. Especially the Brussel sprouts and Pierogis! There is something for everyone on the menu. The service is great and the wait staff is very gracious! The restaurant is located in Olde Town Longmont and use to be the town bank. You can dine in the vault which is said to be Haunted! They have lost of events and shows in the Opera House upstairs. Don't miss this great experience when in Longmont.

This was our first visit since this restaurant rebranded from Roots to The Passenger. We arrived about 4pm on a Saturday and were off to a bit of a rocky start with the service initially. It took 5 minutes for anyone to notice we'd entered. Once we were seated, we both ordered a drink to sip on while browsing the tapas menu. The happy hour is a good deal, and we liked all the drinks we tried (house Merlot, Taj Mahal, and the First Lady).Unfortunately, my partner's drink came right away. The waitress said she would check on mine. She came back quickly empty handed and asked if we wanted to order. I didn't really want to yet since I still had no beverage, but we ordered 1 tapa and figured we could keep browsing. The tapa came out a few minutes later ... still no drink. We were prompted to order entrees. My partner said we'd prefer to wait until my drink arrived before ordering more. This was when the waitress mentioned they were short that day. I get it! She was friendly, doing her best, and obviously does not control the bar by herself. We ordered two more tapas, a couple more drinks as the evening went on, and a dessert. Everything we had was really delicious! There were a couple of instances of different servers, bringing food and drinks to the table that weren't ours. I think this was just a side effect of the staff being really busy. This place definitely deserves a chance. The food and drinks were both fantastic (the pretzel, poutine, chefs board, and the traveling donut - curry flavor! Amazingly good!). The service could use a little bit of work, but I think that is true a lot of places given the macro environment around finding people right now. The staff they do have are doing their best! They also have a cute frequent flyer program, so make sure you ask for your passport and start collecting stamps! I hope one day they will be able to expand the menu to offer more Arabian and Indian food options. Mezze would be great on the tapas menu!Note: There is a 3% fee added to each check for the kitchen. Just be aware.

The set up of this place is weird for sure but the food was absolutely phenomenal! Drinks took a little long from the bar but it didn't bother me. I have to say it is very expensive and definitely not casual for dinner. The inside is gorgeous just an over all great place!

We went to try out the new menu at The Passenger in Longmont. We loved the handheld Gyro. They toast the pita so there's this delicious crunch. Their sellers potato fries are house made, crispy and delicious. I got the side salad which came with a citrus vinaigrette and it was perfect. We'll be back to try the evening tapas!

Mid at best customer service incredibly below par. They are never there or they try to give you attitude. Our most recent visit we ordered a Togo on the phone and was told they don't have raspberry preserves (gotten multiple times there) told to get ketchup instead that they did not give me took 1 hour to get two Monte Crisco's when we were quoted 20 minutes over the phone. We had to call twice because they hung up on us the first time. From previous experience there there cocktails are not really good. There are either way too sweet or way to sour. They try to make it fun by adding glitter but all it does is make a bad cocktail look like a the five-year-olds throw up. When we have been there, there is never more than two tables there including us. Spend your money elsewhere it's not worth it. It's sad to see what the Dickens has turned into.

The brunch was phenomenal! Had the Shaka Susa which was one of the best things I've had for brunch in ages! Wifey and her friend both had the Eggs Benedict which were fire! And the Avocado Toast landed well too!!! Wait staff was helpful and quite hilarious as well! Also, there was a band playing at the front. Not so loud we couldn't talk at the table but just loud enough to enjoy! Couldn't be happier with our brunch!

I ordered a drink, bourbon and coke. $15.00?! that's outrageous! I was going to see a show upstairs and asked about ordering food to take up. The bartender (blond female) said they couldn't do that.once upstairs for the show, I got online with the restaurant and placed an order for pickup. Why the bartender couldn't have offered that option is beyond me. She also would not give me a to-go cup for my overpriced drink knowing I was going upstairs. Needless to say I won't be going back at least not to the bar area.
