The Marketplace Eatery

I absolutely love this place. It is the generic marketplace you can get food but each and everything is so flavorful- they have salads, soups, burgers, sandwiches and Pizzatta has the amazing pizzas. But the chicken tacos are out of this world. They have avocados, lettuce tomatoes, and the best juiciest chicken ever!!!Thank you guys- you do make my lunch the best lunch ever, thank you!

The day after Christmas, we were in the mall. It was a Sunday, not everything was open and we were about to leave when we saw this place. We decided to kill some time and grab some food. The coffee drink was pretty decent. An iced mocha something... I went with a sausage and egg breakfast bagel. The bagel is the typical continental hotel breakfast bagel. Sausage was decent, but the whole thing was just alright. I've had plenty of better sandwiches and plenty of worse ones. Happy with the price and quickness of services. For that, I'd give this place a bonus point.

Allow me to start off by saying before today I had a much more favorable view of this restaurant. I always get a Southwest Chicken Salad here when I'm at KOP. Today I ordered a salad and a soda (not cheap for a salad and soda BTW). As I FINISHED my salad today I notice a medium black hair (not my hair color) in my salad. I am so skeeved by random hair and now I'm pretty annoyed and grossed out. I let the women who work there know they need to examine their bins because I almost ate a hair. Her response "Romaine?, ok" and after me just standing there she said "thank you". No apology, no attempt to right the wrong - nothing, just stands there. I just walk away. I wasn't expecting a refund as I did eat most of the salad but let's pretend like you give the tiniest shit. Needless to say that is my last time patronizing that place.

I've been here twice and had the salad bar both times so my review is strictly on that. My first impression was the salad bar staff. They're not friendly or welcoming. They didn't greet my friend and I and seemed impatient when we were ordering even though it was only us two in line.The first time I ordered a custom salad and the second time I got a chicken caesar. Both were alright, large portions but not worth $10+ for something that's mostly lettuce. The chicken caesar was considered a Specialty salad and when I asked if I could get tomatoes instead of kale, the lady told me no. She said I could add the tomatoes for an extra price but I couldn't swap out a veggie for another veggie. Seriously?? TLDR: If you want a decent salad, go to Saladworks. Same price & portion sizes, friendly staff and you can customize everything.

My Mom and I were looking for a place to grab a drink when we came across The Marketplace Eatery!! We enjoyed the fresh Lemonade they had and we were also impressed with the bakery section too!! I loved the chocolate croissant and I know the rest of my family enjoyed the danishes, turnovers and cinnamon rolls we got for them too! Outside there is plenty of tables to eat at, and it's a great place to sit and eat for a while. The employee on the register was friendly and she was very helpful as well! I think it is safe to say we will be back next time we are in the mall and we also saw the menu had breakfast items as well so that is a good place to start!!

I went here with my daughter today. I ordered poutine fries ( fries with gravy & cheese curds) and was very disappointed. First the curds were just chopped pieces of mozzarella, which I would be ok with because I like mozzarella but when I took a bite I realized the gravy was bad, real bad. Tossed right in the trash

Food speaks for itself. The coffee was good and Prices are probably the best in the whole mall

Never again. $33 for two salads. Very limited toppings for your four choices. Then they charge you for all the extras. They are not friendly, they rush you going thru. I asked for a bag for my salads, she threw the bag on the counter and walked away. For $33 they could have bagged my salads.

My frenchtoast platter was $11 lol. The turkey patty was cold, I didn't get my extra syrup (they water down their syrup or something), the green peppers weren't really even cooked. The powdered sugar being still white means the food wasn't hot when they put it on aka not warm enough to make condensation in the container. I got like 10 pieces of potatoes. Idk. Over it. Sticking with only their bootleg salads, only if I have to. My coworkers are upset for me lol
