I made a reservation for Friday night dinner and this place was buzzing. The bar area was filled and the dining area was about 90 percent full. My waiter was nice and attentive. However, he didn't mention the special menu until I asked for it because I saw the Instagram post of Philly Tapas.Chef Hatim from Philly Tapas is super nice and friendly. He always makes amazing dessert. The basque cheese is definitely worth to try. For this night, he made torrija de leche: a thinly sliced brioche bread soaked in caramel so it had custard consistency dusted with powdered sugar. So sweet and delicious. Chef Chad Rosenthal, who beat Bobby Flay in Food Network, was there greeting the customers. He stopped by at my table, so friendly and down to earth.

I loveee this place! First off I think the concept is very cool where there is one kitchen showcasing the food of 4 different kitchens who have four very different concepts. I believe the menus they had were for the lucky well (bbq), Vietnamese, Italian, and Navajo cuisine. You go up and order and they give you a number and they deliver it to you at your table. It is very casual and the vibes are amazing. The service was also incredible, the worker explained every detail about the different concepts in the restaurant and her favorite dishes from each menu. The taste of the food was also phenomenal. It was actually so good that we catered from here for a school Thanksgiving event! I would say my favorite dish I had that night was the pork belly burnt ends and my least favorite was the brisket (I personally thought it was very dry) The prices and portions are also very reasonable. There's also a cocktail bar in the same space so it is really a great place to come for a date night, a friends gathering, or with family. Highly highly recommend

Well, how lucky are we to have an incubator for FOUR awesome restaurant concepts in one?Nuong- Jacob Trinh's grilled Viet specialties like head on shrimp, pork chop, and bone marrow, served with rice, a soft egg, the most delicious dipping sauces and fresh and pickled veggies.Shiprock - Navajo Taco aka frybread tacos, traditional or topped with New Mexican specialties like carne adovada (pork).Lucky Well- traditional BBQ and sides. Loved the ribs!Sauceboy- Italian pastas and meatballs. Need to come back for this!A DJ brings the vibes and each concept has a specialty drink at the bar. Great for groups who can't agree on a restaurant or just love trying lots of food!

5 stars food, 5 stars drinks, and 5 stars fun vibes and incredibly attentive service. This is an incredible cool concept. Even better than a food hall, you only need to order from one counter! There were too many good options. Sharing the burnt ends, fried spicy chicken sandwich, and bbq oysters was so much food. I will say the bbq oysters is a little decadent with bbq meat on top of oysters so I would skip that next time to save stomach space. The fried chicken sandwich was fried to perfection. It was a touch dry. If you've ever had the David Chang Fuku sandwich - the spice level reminds me of that. The batter of the Lucky Well sandwich is superior to the Fuku one, but the brine on the Fuku is better (not that it matters). Also got spicy waffle fries - this was fine and crispy. The burnt ends were incredible. Smoky, sticky, and the right amount of sweet and savory. The Memphis mustard slaw was a perfect complement of acid to cut through the fat. The bbq sauce provided is also vinegar based. This was a pretty darn well rounded bbq dish. I'm from Memphis - trust me. Can't wait to come back to try more food! Lucky me lol.

This is a hard review to write as we were huge fans of The Lucky Well before the conversion to the incubator. We always had a great overall experience - friendly service, great food, a nice chill vibe, and a nice bar menu to choose from. I will forever miss the salad they had with a delicious piece of juicy fried chicken on it. At least a number of the BBQ items (love the burnt ends) are still available, as is the delish fried chicken sando. The sausage is great - and now they have waffle fries. What's left of The Lucky Well is still great. That said, where things start to fall short for me is the confusing experience that it is. Upon entry, it's unclear what you need to do. You can sit at the bar and eat and order there - that makes sense. But it wasn't clear you could do that. You have to order at a counter but it's to the far right. There was nobody at the host stand to ask/figure out what to do so we just hopped over there to figure it out. Service at the bar was far from attentive and slow and The Nuong Chill seemed to be lacking the Hendricks gin and wasn't at all as described. We didn't have the Navajo tacos so I can't speak for them, but I found my dish (from Nuong) to be mediocre - and given all the hype, disappointing. Having had Sauce Boy's grub before, I couldn't wait to have something else. The meatballs didn't seem the same at all and they really were not that good - and as such, another disappointment. Maybe they still have a lot of kinks to work out, I don't know. But I know that given our before and after the change experiences, I will be thinking twice before I give it a shot again.

Far as I know this place has been open less than a week and yet it's already serving up some delicious inventive food, nice vibes (DJ), solid cocktails, and friendly service. A lovely family night out where we could each get what we wanted-- I went for the head on shrimp from the Vietnamese chef from Caphe Roasters, my son had these incredible burnt ends (huge huge portion for $15), and my husband got a gorgeous Navajo taco. Also I tried the Mural City rose and loved it. Get there now and help keep this jawn open- they are doing wonderful things helping new chefs incubate future restaurants.

Huge space with a DJ. Fun, light environment for dinner and drinks. I really enjoyed the burger and waffle fries. All the ingredients really tasted fresh and perfectly crisp fries! The manager was so politely and really involved to ensure quality across the restaurant. Rotating menu with the exception of the BBQ options. The chatter throughout the place seemed like everyone was really into what they were having

This is now my favorite BBQ place in Philly. The servers were really nice and genuine and the burnt ends are delicious - they are tender, juicy, and have a strong smoky flavor. The sides are amazing too; we got really cheesy and slightly spicy Mac and cheese and coleslaw has a great mustard taste
