Great place with great music and an even better staff. If you get there early you can even get free street parking. They have hookah and all your BYOB complements. Follow them on IG for updates on what they are doing day to day and what their hours are.

Stoped here for a bday kickback. It's located in a shopping strip and parking is $5. Upon entrance there was no entry fee but with a register at the door I'm assuming at some point there is. There is plenty of space to grab a seat and relax. One of the beauties of this place is that its BYOB and you can bring your own food. If you're a hookah person they are readily available in a wide array of flavors. There is a charge for setups and mixers unless you plan to drink out of the bottle. This is a great stop on a late night or a place to start the night. Stop in and give it a walk through.

Definitely one of the worst establishments I've ever been to. From the lack of parking to the parking staff urinating in public; in front of us...the pissy attendant then had the nerve to charge us $10 to park in the grossly littered lot. Why would anyone want to exchange currency with an individual after just publicly relieving themselves...? The "security" advised me that he was just going to "pretend" to search my bag and "asked" if I had a firearm............There was also a $20 cover fee, just to step foot in this run down, bottom of the barrel, disaster of a place. There were holes all throughout the furniture. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. The staff was rude and unprofessional. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The hookah, that took an hour to arrive...was complete garbage. A total waste of money. The crowd this place attracts is 100% riff raff. I felt unsafe and my anxiety peaked. I couldn't wait to leave. I will never return and would advise everyone else to steer clear of this hellhole.

Tonight ( Monday September 14,2020) I arrived at the local seat with 3 other friends and the before allowing us in the host made sure there was available seating prior to taking our payment when we went to the available seating suggested by the host the aggressive and rude security asked us to move. I will never be back because of the security this was my second time and I loved my first experience smh

This place has become a go to spot for my family and friends. Great vibe. Very accomodating staff. I love the industrial yet cozy feel of the place. Its pretty laid back until about 1030p on Friday and Saturdays. If you would like chill, quiet atmosphere. That pretty much is over by 1030 on the weekends. It's pretty lit at that point. Which I personally do not mind. The Local Seat has the best of both worlds. Great quality hookah with a vast selection of flavors and comfortable seating you would expect at a chic upscale lounge. Yet slight hood comforts (which I love) such as BYOB. It's always great people, no drama, and great times.

This lounge was an interesting experience. Very chill and BYOB. The music was great, (Dj Bananas I believe) and so was the host. My friends and I had a section, as did most people so we weren't that close to anyone else. My friend enjoyed bringing in her birthday here. Hookah was available for purchase and we also were provided with ice and chasers for our drinks. The only thing missing was food! But this is a nice chill spotWith not too much going on. I would return.

I just celebrated my 26th birthday here & it was a great time as it always is! The lady at the door is super sweet & professional. Ashanti made sure I was taken care of the entire night. I had an amazing birthday!!! Thank Local Seat
