The Kupkake Fairy

I tried their banana pudding cupcake at The Morgan Street food hall. It was amazing. The pudding made the cake moist but not soggy. The toppings added a nice texture. We had a brownie that was also very tasty.

I finally ordered a few treats for Valentine's Day from the Kupcake Fairy today and I am pleased. In honor of Black History Month, I have made it my duty to support and promote black owned businesses across the triangle. I decided on the Oreo cupcake, triple chocolate, red velvet and lemon cheesecake pound cake. They were out of red velvet today. Everything was packaged neatly. I will say that they should improve on their branding. The packaging could use a facelift to make it eye catching and modern. It's 2023. My favorite item was the lemon cheesecake mini pound cake. So rich, moist and delicious. The icing was decadent. Each cupcake came in an appropriate container to keep the Kupcakes neat. I appreciated this for gifting. I would definitely return again to support the business and try new menu items. They have a small location in the Morgan St Food Hall as well to cut down on the gas to Morrisville.

The Kupkake Fairy is an unassuming, hidden gem located in Morrisville. This cute yellow building is home to some of the tastiest desserts and even sweeter people. I stopped by to try a few cupcakes and their rum cake, and enjoyed everything that I ate. The profile is a good balance of flavor and sweetness. The vibe of the food is delicious and unfussy, and not unrelatable French patisserie. I loved how fluffy and soft the cupcakes are, and the ratio of frosting is just perfect. For desserts of this high caliber, I'd say the price is quite reasonable. This is the place where you can stop in for just one cupcake, or grab a few things to share.

The sweet treats are always delicious. As if they were touched by a fairy ‍(see what I did there lol). Excellent service whenever I swing by, quick and easy.

I was desperate for an apple birthday treat. I was so disappointed!!! I purchased 2 Apple cupcakes and a peach one along with a slice of lemon pound cake. Everything was just way too dry. I threw everything away after one bite. Shared the 2nd apple cupcake with a friend. After one bite she told me not to go back I wanted to like this spot so badly. Unfortunately I did not. I think the universe is telling me to avoid the calories.

As always the rum pound cake was a hit. Very moist and delicious. I will be ordering again

Do not buy the Groupon for this bakery, it does not work and Groupon will not refund your money. The customer has to take the lost.

Ordered cupcakes from here for my office. I personally had a banana pudding cupcake and let me tell you, it was amazing. Highly recommend.
