The Joint

The joint is amazinggggg I stumbled across this online while looking for a quick brunch bite to eat. They take walk ins no reservations. We had to sit at the bar but we didn't mind, the service was great, the drinks were 10000000/10 the food was delicious and then portions were large. The ambiance is modern but industrial chic at the same time. We will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem.

Had a great experience at The Joint today. Went in for takeout but loved the vibe. Wish I could have stayed. Staff were really friendly and food was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

This is one for the record books. Omitting included items because "people already have it in their house and don't need it."I tried to give this place another shot from delivery. I ordered two breakfast items that require syrup: pancakes and waffles. They were delivered without any syrup even though they are is LISTED AS COMING WITH SYRUP IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION . So I called up the restaurant, where I was put on hold immediately twice without being asked. I spoke to Antonio. I asked him why there was no syrup included. He said "People don't like plastic products so we don't send it. You have to order it specifically." I told him it's listed in the description, why would they omit it? He repeated what he said. I said, "Who eats pancakes and waffles dry?" He told me that "People already have syrup in their house so we don't send it". I reminded him that it's listed in the description, and if it were a turkey sandwich, would they omit turkey because "people already have turkey in their house"? He had no answer. I told him that if they made a mistake and omitted it, that he should just apologize and own up to the error. He continued to INSIST that no mistake was made. I asked him if that is the kind of service that the owner would want to provide, when he told me "It's the way the owner wants it. The owner does not want us to send syrup unless it is specifically ordered. I'm sorry but that's their policy."Instead of saying "Oops sorry we goofed," it is the policy of The Joint to OMIT INCLUDED ITEMS unless you expressly order it (even though it's listed as being included) because you probably "have that item at home" and "people don't like plastic".What a joke. Shameful, and laughable too! Reminds of me that song "It wasn't me." Just say ANYTHING expect admitting you goofed, even if it comes out as verbal diarrhea.GrubHub agreed with me, and refunded all my money.

Had a delightful midweek brunch with friends at The Joint. I always live visiting this area because there are a few gems to eat at. This is one of them with a full bar, a neuvo American fare menu with a few ethic dishes that add pizazz. Service was friendly and attentive until we just wanted to be left alone. Though our water was topped off and when our drinks we low they ask if we wanted a refill. The feel is modern bistro with a neighborhood flare. Everything was clean and well kempt. A few local folks were in for lunch, more than other places. I would like to come again and try a few more tasty cocktails and dishes. Solid place and the neighborhood definitely likes it.

We were near The Joint Saturday so ate lunch around 230. Seated immediately in this small, cute place. My husband had a v good burger & I had the best chicken avocado club that had crispy bacon on thick sourdough. Both of us had side salads of mixed greens. Everything was so FRESH and delicious. Our server, Antonio, was so friendly. He told me they have been in business a few years and managed to get thru during the Covid outbreak.If we lived closer to JP The Joint would be our go-to eatery. Their menu is not huge and that's since good since they focus on making a few v v tasty dishes with good variety. In short, we'd return in a heartbeat. They are open 7 days a week!

Very good for brunch. Came twice. Love, love, love the crab cake Benny. The drinks are also pretty good. Waiter was welcoming and friendly, he made sure to keep checking in on the table. The vibes are also nice.

I got the grass fed "joint burger" with joint sauce. It was not good. Burger was under seasoned , the cheese was not tasty and the sauce tasted like nothing. I can't even tell what it was supposed to taste like. The brioche bun was somewhat stale. The fries were cheap frozen breaded nonsense. It's a shame for $17.

This place is a paradox -- all food and drinks is ordered through the Toast app. Its cumbersome to say the least. But we got through it. The service and food to table was slow. There is next to zero interaction with the one wait staff person. Other than to seat us and ask if we had questions. The food was good. She had a burger and I had a falafel wrap. The sandwiches were very good, the fries very good too -- nice crisp.The other part is this place is expensive --- entrees are almost $20, beers, $8. And thats a lot for a burger and a wrap. Would I go back, likely not. Do I think the food was delicious, yup hence the 4 vs 3 stars. Better options in JP for less money.

Great food great service. The servers were so pleasant. Food arrived fast and very tasty. Our server was very attentive with water and extra napkins the noise level was good too not too loud the restaurant is small so get there early all in all my family and I enjoyed our dining experience this is a must check out.
