I discovered this place on a whim. You'll miss it if you're not looking for it and maybe even then! It's a tiny place tucked into the strip of a gas station but it makes up for it's size with BIG flavors! I got a 12oz strawberry daiquiri with lemonade syrup and lucky for me, it was Free Shot Friday, so I got an extra shot of rum in my cup. Let me tell you, that young man was very generous and I'm not mad about it at all.That drink was so good that I finished it before I thought to take a picture of it and got a brain freeze for my troubles. It was STRONG! I felt that extra shot, alright! The great thing about Hurricane Hut, and why I'll be returning very soon, is that they obviously use quality liquor and actually care about the flavor of the drinks they serve. Even though the drink was strong and I consumed it at 8pm, I didn't have a headache when I got up at 3am to go to work. And since I forgot to take a picture, I guess I have to go back soon. The things we do for Yelp lol. Thankfully this isn't even close to a hardship.

I Love this place! Finally a legit daiquiri spot close to home. Something that stands out to me about this place is that it's a local business NOT A CHAIN! Come in and get treated like family. Kick back and have a daiquiri, a jello shot and shoot the breeze. A must try no doubt. #supportlocalbusiness

My new favorite spot!! I highly recommend this place. Prices are GREAT, friendly staff, and their drinks will definitely get you a nice buzz!!

They don't go by their schedule and the place looks runs down for it to be in a prime area.

Very nice customer service! The employee was very sweet and allowed us to try a few samples. Very helpful in explaining what some flavors were and was more than willing to provide great recommendations. Clean area and everyone was wearing a mask during this time.

I stopped by here on my way to class last night after reading some Yelpers positive reviews on the place. I had a little trouble finding it, but that was fine because my daiquiri made up for it. The people who where there are so friendly. When they found out it was my first time there, they gave me a sample of everything. Very strong and sweet without giving you a headache. I'd def come back here again and bring my husband. I love that they have to-go 1/2 gallons. Not to mention, the prices are amazing!! 6.50 for my 12oz. Tip!!

Loved this place for a nice cold daq! The place is nice inside and the staff was also friendly and knowledgeable about their options. I enjoy buying my drinks here.

I had the mango-chamoy and my my boyfriend had the watermelon margarita both drinks were so yummy and the customer service was so amazing the ladies were so attentive and sweet. Will be coming back and very soon.

This place was recommended to me by a couple of stylists at a salon. As an "out of towner"... especially coming from the Daiquiri central (Lake Charles, LA) .. I can say this place is absolutely awesome! Mama G and Savannah are the best! The Daiquiri I had was amazing...and as a server .... I can say that the customer service was more than great! I definitely felt at home and will be coming back with friends!
