LONG ASS Hair in my food. May I get a refund?I definitely feel disgusted finding a two toned hair in my rice. People tend to shovel rice into their mouths so Im highly disappointed and probably wont eat out for a long time following this.

Ordered delivery from here twice already and it's been spot on every time. Portion is extremely generous and it usually takes me two seatings to finish one regular bowl. Also love that they give two white sauces because for me one is already plenty. Really enjoy the Beef Gyro Platter. Lettuce is fresh, beef is flavorful and not too oily, rice is soft. The bowl can be a bit too rich at times, but I appreciate the fact that's there plenty of vegetables with every bite to balance that out.

It's a veg friendly restaurant with the options for falafel platters, sandwiches and sides.It's like the Chipotle of Mediterranean food. You can customize your platter or pita sandwiches to your liking.(Rice, salad, protein, veggies, sauces) The service was quick and friendly. They helped me along to customize my platter. And overall I loved the concept and the food. Would definitely go back for some more. Here is what I ordered:Falafel platter - salad and rice with falafel, topped with veggies and sauces and served with side of pita breads. A complete meal. My favorite.Baklava Cheesecake - I just loved this one. The cheese cake perfectly cuts down the sweetness of baklava to perfection! I wish more places had this oneCreamy mango - a bit sweet for me personally. But fresh and creamy.

We were greeted upon walking in and after a few minutes of looking over the menu we had some questions. There was a limited time special on the spiced chicken and I was offered a sample to help me make a choice. I was nervous it was going to be spicy but it was really well flavored. Ultimately I decided on the small chicken bowl. It comes with lettuce and tomato and you can add on other toppings. I also got a side of falafel which was nice and crispy. I prefer Patties vs round falafel but these still had nice texture all the way through. The baklava was soo good! The gentleman who took our order spoke a little fast and I had to really focus on what was being asked but was super friendly and helpful in explaining their menu/ offers. Only complaint is the floors were really sticky and there were no paper towels in the bathroom.

Food tastes like low quality fast food restaurant. Ordered gyro sandwich (chicken and falafel) - both super dried and tasteless. Very disappointed. Worse, how can you go wrong with dessert? Well, these were bad. We got baklava and cheese cake baklava- super rich and soggy. Cost about $50... not worth trying it.

Let me say, NORMALLY, i love the halal guys food. Yesterday, at 5pm on a sunday, ordered my usual....a reg platter. Less rice, more lettuce please. But when i saw the chopped up iceburg lettuce, i had total regret. For something that is such a big part of the dish for me, such a disappointment to see sad, pathetic, worn out lettuce. I even said to the worker, "thats some sad lettuce." He shrugged and just kept going. Sad that even the worker acknowledged the pathetic lettuce. Then came the tomatoes. Sad and pathetic too. Mealy and kind of gross for tomatoes. Has the quality at this location gone down hill? I drove almost ten miles to come here. There were so many other places i could have gone.....but no, i wanted halal guys. I will def reconsider my choice next time. I might even ask to see lettuce and taste tomatoes before ordering. Maybe i should just let this place be a faint memory of something i used to enjoy and move on. Time will tell! I am sad writing this post.
