I'm sorry but the food from this place was disappointing to say the very least. Decided to get the Chicken & Lamb plate & I was just left without words how dry & unseasoned the chicken was..... The lamb tasted okay definitely not what I expected. The Falafel is what stole the show here it tasted delicious, delicate crunch & was seasoned perfectly something that the plate definitely needs some attention in that area. The service was great & I was provided with these recommendations unfortunately they failed to deliver...

Finally a good gyro spot in Pearland! Sandwiches and plate were yummy, service was excellent!!!

Stopped in for a quick falafel salad to go on my way home from shopping and what a great decision that was! The salad was packed with fresh and pickled veggies, just enough feta, and 6 delicious falafels. The pita chips were a nice touch and the tzatziki was spot on. I wish there were more non-meat options but I'll definitely be back!

Just opened this week. Located in the Kroger shopping center near the post office and Pearland Court building. Had the lamb gyro with fries. It was delicious and would get again! They also have hot entrée bowls. Canned beverages. Service was quick and friendly.

Stopped by here today to place a to-go order for the family. I ordered 4 items. I shared a platter of chicken and lamb with my daughter. The food was phenomenal! I didn't have time to take pictures because we devoured the food. The meat is cooked and seasoned to perfection!

I want to commend The Gyro Guys on excellent customer service. I stopped by after work one day last week to try out a newer business in Pearland. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was welcomed and asked if I needed any help with the menu. I ordered a lamb gyro and chicken salad, chicken rice bowl and an order of hummus and pita bread to go. While I waited for my order, I spoke to them about the business and the ties to the community. I could tell by the discussion, this business has a passion for the community and serving quality food. The lamb and the chicken were juicy and flavorful. I enjoyed every bite I sunk my teeth into. The veggies in the salad were super fresh. The rice was delicious. The hummus was superb and the pita really brought it all together.I really enjoy visiting businesses like The Gyro Guys who are committed to bringing quality food to the community in a no frills manner. I'll be back soon to try some more options from the menu soon!

I really wanted to like this establishment because the service by Sajad was really great and friendly. However, after getting my plate I was not impressed. It seemed like it was typical run of the mill halal food that had been less seasoned because it was in pearland. My advice to the owner (maybe Sajad) is to check out the Halal restaurants on Almeda in Houston like Gyro Hut and/or M&M Grill and also Portara in Pearland. I think this establishment can do a flavor profile like those in Houston. Also, where were the Kalamata olives, red onion, Arabic pickle, and feta on the salad with the platter!!??? I've grown accustomed to Halal Time on 7th St in Austin, Tx so it's a must for me. Hope this review isn't too harsh because I really see the potential, but as of now it's another Halal guys or mediocre halal place. I really hope this establishment will revisit the recipe book and seasoning levels... especially on this side of Pearland right near cullen where there is a large Black/African-American demographic.Ambiance was nice and very clean on the inside.

Came in 30 min before closing and the staff was extremely nice. The quality of the food was amazing and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Mediterranean meal!!

Amazing and fresh Gyro. Good portion sizes too. Very friendly service. The best spot for gyro in Pearland.

The wife and I came here for take away lunch. I'm still waiting on the young lady working the counter to say: "hello. How are you? How can we help you?" She never got around to that. When we walked in the door she looked up, saw us and said, "do you know what you want?" So that was strike one. Then she took our order, and the man that was working behind the counter with her came up and they talked and then they both walked off. Strike 2. After we paid, they left us standing at the counter. I guess we were supposed to figure out that we needed to go and sit and wait. It would've been nice for someone to say something first though. No one else was in there but us and the two workers. So it's not like they were so busy and slammed that there was no time for pleasantries.Then we got home to eat the food and realized that she had charged us $.50 extra per sauce, so that was instantly two dollars and hot sauce was absolutely necessary because the flavor of the food was so terribly bland. And I've had chicken Shawarmas from everywhere in the City Of Houston or Pearland. And these Gyro Guys sandwiches should barely be called chicken Shawarma.Their special sauce was simply mayonnaise and garlic powder. Come on!!! Clearly I was disappointed in the service and the product. We won't be back.
