What a fantastic gluten free bakery! My fiancé and I just had our wedding cake tasting and everything was very professional. To top it off, the cakes were moist and bursting with flavor! I am thrilled to have Jeanne make and design our wedding cake.UPDATE: Sadly, on the day of my wedding, my cake topper was never placed on my cake. While the cake turned out great, I am sad that my custom made topper wasn't there. In addition, when my topper was mailed back to me, it was broken!!!! They did provide $ for the inconvenience, but never mentioned it being broken.

Best gluten free bakery around. The owner does amazing things with her baked goods. So kind and talented. Highly recommend, you won't be sorry!!

Jeanne just made our daughter's 10th birthday cake and mini cupcakes. It was delicious! The cake was so creative and impressive. My daughter was over the moon and loved it. The cake was funfetti and had amazing buttercream, literally the lightest best buttercream I've ever had. Jeanne's cakes are proof that you can have a good allergy and still have delicious dessert. The cake was moist, light and flavorful. This isn't the first cake or cupcake I've had of Jeanne's her chocolate cake was made to be savored. Incredible! If you want/need gluten free, dairy free, soy free or vegan desserts for an occasion The Gluteny Bakery is the place to order from in Cypress.

As far as gluten free cakes go, this was definitely one of the better cakes I've ever had! Jeanne was really accommodating to my order requests and squeezing my cake into her busy schedule. The buttercream was TO DIE FOR!! and the GF snickerdoodle cake itself was pretty tasty! I got this cake for my sisters birthday. she has a sever gluten intolerance and she was really happy with her cake :) As someone that CAN eat gluten, I hope to return to order another cake full of delicious gluten in the future lol (sorry gluten free folks) As far as ordering, I checked out her website first and emailed her via her website and then I called her because I was paranoid she wouldn't see it on time and i wouldn't get the cake. But Jeanne was really understanding and quick to respond. Oh and patient because I had no idea how to go about ordering a custom cake!

Best gluten free cakes or cupcakes ever! My child (who is NOT gluten free and can eat cake from anywhere) still requests this every year. I thought it was to accommodate my dietary needs, but it turns out that she simply likes it better than any other cake.

Fast response, a variety of options, especially for those with particular allergens, reasonable prices, and mastery of the craft in general will keep me buying from this business for the foreseeable future.
