Really great food and an awesome business! Definitely give it a try! Got the Philly Fries, the Texas Fries, and The Chicken Truffle Fries!

Tried The Fry Guys this weekend and the Nashville Hot Chicken Fries are pretty good. Don't worry the spice was bearable.I would definitely get them again.

The food is absolutely fantastic. The fries are great, but the toppings are a culinary masterpiece. Don't question it. Just go.

I was visiting Houston over the weekend and came across this restaurant on tiktok and gave it a try! I originally ordered a catfish basket which I was told they were out of fish so I settled for bayou shrimp fries. I also ordered a steak and lobster fries and after I was charged for that was told they were out of steak but offered another meat instead of refunding me the difference. The Creole sauce was all of paprika and honey mustard and does not pair well! Not to mention I ordered a hurricane which tasted like red snow cone syrup w/ liquor....more on a cough medicine side. I gave a 3 because the food was fresh

This was such a sad excuse for fries. I ordered the pizza fries. Asked for ranch and for the fries to be extra crispy. Ranch was forgotten and gave me in this tiny tiny cup when I asked about it. Fries were almost uncooked. It's said to have marinara, cheese and pepperoni's. There was zero marinara so this dish ended up being 95% fries with nothing on them. All for $15. I unknowingly came here the last time I was at White Oak and remember thinking that their fries need WAY more extra cook time. Decided to give it another chance thinking that everyone has bad days but nope. Also I don't know if the person taking orders was high or just really distracted. Only giving this a one star because I have to pick one in order to submit the review.

I ordered the loaded Philly fries, it was not loaded and it was bland. I also ordered the bayou fries, it only had a small amount of shrimp and the fries were soggy. Bottom line, the is average at best. The waitress was acting like she had no idea what the orders were. And the wings were under cooked and had low to nothing spices. I asked for 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 jerk carribian all the wings were under cooked

Don't get pizza fries--AWFUL. Manager is rude and has no customer service skills. The customer will never be right.

Horrible customer service and rude. Food tasted days old and gave me food poisoning for 3 days. Don't waste your time or money here.

We had the Fry Guys provide food for a wedding and though the food was incredible, the service and customer experience was not good. Would not recommend using them for a large group as it will take a very long time. It took 3 hours to feed 120 people. The owner would not take responsibility for being unable to deliver the timely service we were promised and would not admit that that they should not have accepted this job. Many guests left hungry and upset. They begin serving at 7:30pm and the back tables didn't receive food until 10:15/30pm. The owner was unprofessional in hearing the customers experience and did not genuinely apologize and hung up, refusing to offer any sort of partial refund because they're a small business. The food was the only thing that didn't go well at the wedding, but it is a mistake that affected many guests experience. Bottom line, don't use them for a large event, but rather enjoy them for dinner just for you because their food is good.
