THE Focaccia Bakery

Great! Made to order sandwiches served hot or cold. The Focaccia bread has a crisp crust, soft middle balanced with a touch of herbs and salt on the outside. The meats, cheese and toppings were all fresh. The service was great. There is limited seating, but sandwiches are all packaged to go. The restaurant was clean. Would definitely recommend!

It's the bread. It's the warm stuff inside the sandwich. It's soooo delicious! Hands down a better sandwich than Jersey Mike's. Highly recommend!!

Leaving New York I was afraid I would never have a good sandwich. Thank god for this place it's a little hike and maybe not the best area to be driving around. But I would risk it all for this sandwich. The focaccia is very soft and pillowy. When you get your sandwich "hot" there's a little crisp to the top. I got the turkey, ham, bacon & provolone. Adding all the free toppings. Mayo and mustard spread. It was phenomenal. I inhaled the first half. Took a breather and told myself I'd save the rest for later. Nope. Went right back in and finished it!Inside is small with a few tables to sit down. Staff is very friendly. They even let me try a piece of focaccia for free!

I tried THE Focaccia Bakery today for the first time and it was amazing! The bread and ingredients were so fresh! The service was great & they were so friendly! Thanked me by name when I left. The place is small and practically hidden inside a gas station but what a GEM! I'll definitely be back!

Bread was so soft and delicious. In a hidden spot next to a gas station but don't let that fool you. The sandwiches are great. I wish they offered meal options.
