Love finding new spots to eat. We've been on the hunt for unique sandwiches...Finally found them at The Fickle Pickle! The potato salad was really good, quite unique, reminded of our cucumber dill salad we make, so refreshing on a hot day. The sweet potato fries were the best I've EVER had, seriously! And I got a ton of them. The spicy Charleston chicken sandwich was fantastic. The chicken was crispy, the spice level was on point, and everything worked together, would get this on again. The creole Cuban was very moist, but it needed something, a bit too bland for my taste. Maybe some a spicier sauce? The real star you won't want to skip are the fried pickles. I cannot believe as a pickle lover, I've gone 50 years without trying them, I'm hooked! Even my husband who is not that much of a fan of pickles, ate as many as I did. The batter was crispy, homemade pickles were sweet, and that spicy remoulade was pure perfection. Service was quick, tons of seating since they have an extra building in the back and outdoor spots in the shade. It's in a quaint old home that reminded of the old tea house near us that closed. We will be back again soon.

We stopped at the Fickle Pickle for a sandwich while walking through Old Town Roswell Georgia. It's located in an old house on Canton St about two blocks North of Alpharetta Hwy. The menu is unique and creative. We had the Brie BLT, the Creole Cuban, and an order of fried pickles. All were unique and delicious. The panini-pressed BLT w/ gooey brie was fantastic. A worthy twist on a classic. The creole sauce on the Cuban was really good too. The sides were fantastic too. Really good potato salad, and the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The fried pickles were very, very good as well. Crispy, and hot, their homemade pickles had a great tang to them. A side of all their pickles was served along with the lunch: dill, cajun, bread and butter, and sweet little devils. I am not a fan of sweet pickles normally, but these were really, really good. A great lunch all in all. We will definitely be back.

Great little gem in downtown Roswell for lunch. Parking can get crowded so get there early if you can. It is a cute little house converted to a restaurant with outdoor seating too. The menu has interesting options with a southern Cajun flair. Their fried pickles with remoulade sauce are outstanding. I have yet to find better fried pickles. Their ooey gooey sandwich is a great pimento cheese, bacon and red pepper jelly on grilled sourdough bread. I also enjoy the spicy Charleston chicken with old bay seasoning and sweet pickles. I would skip the wedge salad and get potato salad or sweet potato fries next time.

Great food, great service and great outdoor seating. Had one of the best BLT's I've ever had - the sourdough is cooked perfect, the bs on tastes awesome and the tomatoes sweet. Great sandwich overall.

I wanna love this place, really. I'm going to be in the minority here, but honestly, I don't think it's that great. I know lots of people love this place, but when I went back recently, it wasn't the place I remembered from awhile back. This place is super quaint, running out of an old, historic house. It's very popular for lunch as the line and the small, gravel lot fills up shortly after they open at 11. If you drive into the lot and find it full, good luck backing out. It's tight. In case you miss the signs, there's additional parking at Osteria Mattone.I was pretty excited about the cuban thinking ... a place with pickle in the name serving a sandwich that has good pickle presence ... should be legit. It was good, decent. The creole thing gave it a nice punch. It's just not a cuban. Not on the right bread, not the right kind of pork, etc. The coleslaw I ordered was less like salad and more like soup.Tuna melt was good but again nothing epic. Potato salad definitely not my favorite. Now, I will say those fried pickles breaded in cornmeal and deep-fried are worth coming for. Delicious!

This is one of the first restaurants I frequented when I moved to the area and I have been back countless times since then. Let's talk about location - it's located in downtown Roswell and is an old house converted into a restaurant. There are tables in each of the rooms and tons of patio space on the side and back (looks like the have a party area too). I have enjoyed sitting both in and outside, but always choose outside when the weather is nice. The food - OMG. Soooooo good. My absolute favorite is the Brie BLT panini. I have ventured out to other sandwich options, but always come back to this one. Also - the fresh potato chips (with blue cheese). They are a huge splurge for me and delicious. I'm not fond of pickles, but I'm told by my pickle-eating friends that the sampler is also to-die-for. Parking can be tight sometimes, but I always seem to find a place. And not to worry ... I will be back and back. It's one of my favorite cozy spots for lunch.

I had lunch at this cafe on Main Street Roswell and it was truly delicious. Fickle Pickle is located in on of the old houses off the main thoroughfare in downtown Roswell. There is a small parking lot behind the house but I highly recommend using the lot down the street at the intersection at Hwy9. The walk is maybe 1/4 mile (there are sidewalks, restaurants & shops along the way). Once inside, orders are placed at a counter and delivered to your table. The line can get long during the lunch hour but it moves rather quickly. I was there right at noon and the place was packed. By 1p, it had emptied out quite a bit so if you can go later, it's recommended. This is a lunch cafe and they close at 3pm so plan accordingly. Seating inside is rather limited. We sat inside. The house has it's natural charm but not a ton of decor, but the acoustics are atrocious. It gets loud with just a few people in the room and it's very hard to hear a person inches away. There is plenty of outdoor seating. I recommend doing that if possible or doing carry out. I had the chicken avocado sandwich and my friend had the chicken salad croissant. Both sandwiches were fresh, the breads were fresh, the vegetables were fresh and the chicken was cooked very well. We both ordered oatmeal cream pies and macarons to take home. At my house- the desserts were devoured! The oatmeal cream pies were insanely delicious and the macarons were some of the best I've ever had! I'm having a July 4 cookout and I'm going to try to get some oat cream pies for that!

Wow, amazing place. Great food choices, prices reasonable, very flavorful. He makes his own sauces for the different sandwiches. Staff were kind and respectful. Great find!
