The Darby

I've wanted to check out The Darby, and I finally did it tonight. Chill and laidback professional scene. One of the cleanest bars downtown, and the environment is my pace. Multiple televisions for watching sports and nice music played in the background. Not crowded at all. Craft cocktail options are on the menu, but I ordered the usual French75, my go-to. The drinks are very good here, well what I ordered and the person I came with. I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen this evening, but the fire alarm went off and caused some disruptions. The fire department came, but there didn't seem to be a fire. The bartender was apologetic and professional in acknowledging the disruption. I will come again. Seem to be a very chill spot with a regular customer base.I plan to come again and try the food the next time.

Went here with some friends and had a really nice time. The drink was amazing! I got a tequila drink, I think it was called Nacho Papi??Anyways, nice intimate spot to get drinks with friends. Another friend got the same drink and didn't like it, she said it tasted like a burrito. It does have cilantro in the drink, so that may not be for everyone. I love it though!

I decided to go by The Darby on New Year's Eve and I enjoyed myself. I parked in a parking deck in the area. There was a DJ playing a great mixture of music. The Darby was decorated beautifully to bring in 2022 with party favors for patrons on every table. They also had free Hors d'oeuvres for patrons while it lasted. There was indoor and outdoor seating. Prices were standard $10-15 for a drink. They had a nice variety to choose from. I will definitely be returning!

Stumbled across this place while visiting the city. My boyfriend lives here, but doesn't explore much. This place looked inviting so we walked in. We were met by the bartender Lexi and she was amazing! Her drinks were consistent and delicious plus the music was *chefs kiss*. Honestly, we stayed as long as we did because the music was such a vibe. We can't wait to come back again!

Love this new addition to downtown! They have six specialty drinks, numbered Drinks 1 - 6. Easy ordering! Our group tried them all, and they are all very good . Bartender was very friendly, courteous, and willing to modify the drinks to meet requests. They also have wine and a good beer selection. Small cozy place.

This was the worst food I've ever had in my life i seen this on tik tok. Nice place and looked clean. I went here for my birthday and have never been more disappointed. The cook should be fired. I ordered spinach dip and pork belly disgusting.

Drinks were amazing! We had the fried provolone for an appetizer! Amazing! I really want to go back and try more! Chill atmosphere and bartenders were ...dare I say Amazing!!
