We stopped in here for a bite to eat after a show a the DPAC and had a good time. There is a small cooler with options if you do not see a draft option that you want to order. It was a cider for my mom and an IPA for me. They offer a good selection of boozy and non-alcoholic options. We split the whipped feta special and turkey melt sandwich with chips. Both were really good and the vibe here was chill.

Atmosphere: The Daily Beer Bar is a unique cafe and bar in downtown Durham. The interior exudes coziness with its exposed brick walls, greenery, and playful accent colors. Just be aware that the music can get pretty loud, so it may not the best choice for a focused work session. Service: The service is consistently quick and efficient, with the baristas bringing your drink right to your table. Food: We've had the chance to try their Hot Matcha Latte and Daily Coffee. Unfortunately, the matcha didn't quite hit the mark. The sweetener used in it tasted artificial, and the matcha flavor didn't shine through. The drip coffee was decent but didn't stand out as anything special.Overall: The Daily Beer Bar is undeniably an adorable spot that combines the charm of a cafe with the convenience of a bar. However, our experience with their drinks left us wanting more. We hope to give some of their other drinks a try with hopes of having a better experience, as we love their ambiance.

Crazy that I only now stumbled upon The Daily Beer Bar/Yonder Coffee! Located in Downtown Durham, it's such a great study spot with ample space, friendly & fast service, and good coffee. I got the Lavendar Cream Iced Coffee; loved the creamy foam, the perfect amount of lavender essence, and the overall refreshing feeling. There's free parking nearby during the weekends. 9/10 would recommend!

Fantastic cafe and lunch spot!! I stumbled upon this place after the library was too crowded but I needed somewhere to plug in my laptop and work. I sat at the bar and enjoyed getting a little view of the magic happening behind the counter as I worked. Really reasonably priced food, this whole sandwich and salad with tasty quality ingredients was only $11 and my iced tea not pictured was $3. Would definitely return if I find myself in the area again because they had so many drinks I want to try!

We stumbled upon Yonder Coffee while wandering around downtown Durham. We were looking for chai and found they have really delicious chai! I also had a London Fog and a croissant, which were both delicious. The staff were very kind and the vibe was good! Will definitely be back, especially to try the beer later in the day.

I've been to the Daily Beer Bar twice and really enjoyed the vibe both times. You order at the bar (either the counter or actual bar) and then there are tables in the front and couches in the back. The environment both times I went was very laid back and the service was friendly (with excellent music selections). The first time I went was on a Sunday midday and there were a lot of people working on their laptops and I also went on a Friday night where it was mostly people having dinner. Both times there were families with kids so it is easy family friendly despite being a bar. It was not crowded on a Friday night so it's a good place to keep in mind when other places downtown are packed. Both times the food has been great (simple but hearty sandwiches)-- the pastry selection looks delicious as well. I look forward to trying their charcuterie board and other snacks. My only complaint is that while my beverages have been good, both times they were pretty expensive (draft beer and mimosa for $10 each, which was almost as much as my food). I should also mention they have a NA fridge full of options (as well as coffee). My other small complaint is that despite being named "The Daily Beer Bar" it is not in fact open daily (they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays FYI).

What an amazing place! When you walk in, you'll be greeted by the most friendly staff, known to man! The open floor plan, and well decorated space is warm and inviting. This is a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning, or a Goat & Fig sandwich for lunch-- which I recommend enjoying with prosciutto. The salty prosciutto was an excellent compliment to the the perfectly paired goat cheese and sweet fig jam. The DRAM sparkling water was so yummy and refreshing. Do try one! Any flavor!

We've actually been here three times in the past few weeks: once when accidentally just stumbling on it when walking around downtown Durham, once when we wanted a drink and bite when our power was out at home, and once for a private event with Offline Raleigh/Durham. All three times we had interesting drinks, good food, and pleasant conversations with the owners, staff and fellow patrons. They offer coffee in the morning, baked goods from various local vendors, light bites and sandwiches, and also bottles and gifts to go. We enjoyed their bread and hummus, turkey melt, and unique selection of beer and cider. One evening, we had their cake and beer pairing (yule log and a stout) and that was wonderful. The vibe is very relaxed and friendly, and there were a few families with young kids. We will be back.
