Delicious arepas! And only $6 each. I'm so happy I stopped by. I tried both the beef and chicken arepas. I actually preferred the chicken (even though I usually don't go for chicken), but you can't go wrong with either. If you aren't too hungry, one arepa is probably enough.

I found the Corner Venezuelan Food truck out in RTP on a recent Friday and decided to give them a try. I ordered a steak arepa ($7) along with fries ($3).My favorite arepa that I have tried is at Guasaca, and I didn't like these quite as much as theirs, but it was close and these have a different taste/ingredients than those at Guasaca. The fries were good and hot but didn't taste any different from other fries. They give you a big portion of fries and one arepa was enough to fill me up for lunch.I liked my visit to the Corner Venezuelan food truck and I would visit them again if I see their food truck out and about.

These guys were outside my apartment building today as I was leaving so I decided to give it a shot. Thank god I did because this food truck is delicious! The patacones are amazing (fried plantain sandwich) and with the pepitos you really get your money's worth. I highly recommend trying them out.

This is my favorite food truck in the entire Triangle area. I first had it when they were at House of Hops (another Triangle favorite of mine) during music bingo. It was love at first bite. Since then I have literally altered my drinking plans to make sure I head to whichever brewery or bar they're parked in front of that day.Typically, I order one each of the chicken and the beef arepas. I don't know whether it's the hot corn pockets, the perfectly cooked meats, or the plentiful sauces that make these handhelds amazing...maybe it's all of it together. Outside of flavor this place excels in execution too - the staff is friendly and quick and the ingredients are proportioned perfectly so that nothing soaks through the pocket. Overall this place is an eleven out of ten, would absolutely eat every day for the rest of my life.

This food truck stopped by my apartment complex, never had Venezuela food so decided to give it a try ,got the Potaco with shredded chicken, was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend. The shredded chicken had so much flavor . Got something else was on like an English muffin with half grilled chicken half shredded, grilled chicken was nice and tender and juicy. Ask for a sample if the meat to try . And don't forget to put some white sauce that's on the counter on it , it was amazing!! I'm not sure what was the sauce but I think it was a mayonnaise-based maybe with some cilantro flavor but it was delicious and the price was right to between 6 and $7 for an entree.

Absolutely amazing! I tried their beef arepas and patacon, as well as their chicken pepito-- all of these were flavorful and delicious, though the patacon was the star of the night. Its outer plantation sandwich serves as crispy perfection and complements the saucy meat perfectly. The workers are friendly, and the food is so good that the slight wait (took a bit more than 20 minutes) felt worth it. Will definitely make it out to this food truck again when I'm craving savory, fried food. Meant to take pictures but my husband and I simply devoured our food :)

This truck offers no vegetarian options. They have basically all the ingredients to make something vegetarian, but they just don't have any options on the menu. I love arepas, but this a very disappointing food truck. There are plenty of other options for arepas in the triangle so no need to waste your time here.

Wow, what a winner! The arepas are perfect, nice, thick, appropriately chewy cakes with vibrant, flavorful fillings (chicken and beef). The patacon is a cool sandwich idea behind some crunchy (and very breakable) fried plantains. I'd recommend getting some fries with their vinegar-mayo, too!
