Food:Their rice rolls and rice noodle products are top notch! I used to buy their packaged noodles at the grocery store until I realized they have a storefront in chinatown. I come here for all my Ho fun noodles when I want to make pad see ew and I really enjoy their rice rolls with hoisin peanut sauce. Service:They're very nice and quick. I just wish they had a menu in English too. There used to be a really nice old man who worked here but i haven't seen him in a while. Ambience:Very no frills, but their products are good!

I'm so glad there's a local spot with good Cheung fun in Philly!! I had been craving Cheung fun with hoisin and peanut butter, but was daunted with the idea of making my own Cheung fun noodles.Thankfully, I was able to pick up a pound of noodles and quickly satisfied my cravings. The noodles were soft and thin, and I'm glad to have this location in the neighborhood!

Not many reviews here but this place is definitely a little off the beaten path and hole-in-the-wall - a hidden gem to my delight :)They make fresh rice noodles and we ALWAYS make sure to pick up 2 lbs of fresh rice noodles when we visit PA Chinatown. Their la pak go (turnip cake) and bak tong goh (white sugar cake) is also the best I've had! We always tend to come a little before they close (at 3 PM) so unfortunately things may be sold out based on the day's business, but it really makes us cherish the treasures that we CAN get when we can get them.Hope this place stays in business forever! I'm sure they do wholesale for restaurants and whatnot but hopefully extra foot traffic from this review can help boost their well being :)

This is a hole in the wall Factory that supplies wholesale products to restaurants. They also sell retail items. I came there for the big steamed buns. It is packed with ground meat, salted egg and Chinese sausage. They're open everyday (except Tuesday) at 7am. It's filling and perfect to have as a meal. I would definitely return back

Such a hidden gem. They seem to be a small business that offers fresh noodles. Their noodles are so soft and delicious. They offer other items as well such as buns. I personally think their veggie pork buns are one of the better in Philly.

On this little Chinatown street, the Noodle factory makes their own buns and rice noodles for you to bring home and gussy up. They also sell prepackaged noodles with a tangy sauce that makes for a convenient lunch. They give you a ton of noodles graciously topped with a fork. I went for the shrimp version which cost all of $1.60.

Hard to find at first but once we did....YUM!Way fresher than the stuff at the asian markets since those get delivered and if you get to the market late then it's totally cold.Had a craving for tofu fa so had to find this shop...for $1 you get a whole container that's steaming hotttt, syrup, spoon and napkin. Definitely not a fancy store. It's there more for what they provide -- freshly steamed food items.Definitely want to go back for some other things we didn't try since we were full from lunch. They're open until about 530PM everyday except tues.

Do not buy their pre made products on the side table. They are not fresh, I bought a box of rice cake in the morning. It was hard, over nights, couldn't eat. So I went back to the store (within an hour), to tell them is not fresh. They were extremely rude, and claimed that all I need to do is steam it back. Shouldn't they sell fresh cakes, it should be in the refrigerator instead of the table. They also said, after the rice cakes were make they keep it in the freezer( probably can not sell left over then reheat). So who knows how many days those food were made and reheat to sell. 0 rating

This is a hole in the wall noodle factory that also makes steamed buns. They supply wholesale to other restaurants. I came here to purchase lots of large size steamed pork buns at $2.25 each. The worker was friendly. I was told they open everyday at 7am except for Tuesdays.
