The Cheesecake Factory

Went to see the lights and wanted to grab dinner here. We had ordered take out before from here. The food was good! The host was warm and welcoming and she sat us immediately on one of those high chairs. I believe they had some wait if you are big group. We ordered drinks and appetizers, main course and desserts to go! The servers were very friendly and we could see they were trying but the service here is too slow for the price and quality of food! I think they were short staffed because they didn't bring us water until our main course was almost done even after asking them 3-4 times for water and same for the drinks too. They completely forgot our drinks even tho we were seated right next to the bar. One of us ordered pasta and we had no cheese on the pasta and we just finished it as we were tired of waiting and repeating.

We went after the Magical Webster Lights of Katy Mills. So we had a large party of nine. They were able to seat us quickly which was a plus. We Mainly wanted appetizers, drinks and desserts. Ahi Tuna nachos were very good. At first glance you think they are skimping on the tuna, but they layer them. Which is a plus! This is a great shareable option. We had the egg roll sampler - I didn't care for as much because they were all slightly over cooked. The taquito was pretty burnt. The service was pretty spotty. Our server was very nice and welcoming but would disappear for a while. I mean we repeatedly looked for her. Other than that it was nice.

The restaurant was well lit and beautifully decorated as expected. Unfortunately although we had a reservation we waited 10 mins to be seated. We booked our reservation for a party of five. The hostess sat us at a booth high top, and we had two children under the age of two. We couldn't quite enjoy our dinner dinner, since we had our almost 2 year old in booster seat and was concerned about that the whole time. The table was not big enough to sit two highchair . Another disappointing moment when two of our food orders came out wrong. I was super disappointed that all of our food had arrived to the table and the last meal we were waiting for was the kids meal!! And it came piping hot! Our meals were delicious though. Maybe better luck next time with table seating.

If you've never had the lettuce wraps from Cheesecake Factory, they are definitely worth trying. It was a to go order and I feel they skimped me on the chicken a bit but they were delicious nonetheless. They also packaged some to-go bread and butter. Got a classic slice of cheesecake. Always a 10/10. Good location. Often very busy when dining in but customer service and ambiance are cool.

1st time to the katy location and actually really liked it! The ambiance is just like other locations. Service was fantastic (Steven you were great!). Do keep in mind that I think they now don't give bread baskets automatically, you have to ask for it. It's probably to cut down on waste! We asked for it about 10 minutes before our food came out because we hadn't gotten any yet. I got the Louisiana chicken pasta(lunch portion because i knew i wouldnt finish the dinner size!) which is my favorite dish there. We also got the Cinnabon cheesecake. By the time we left we were stuffed. I would definitely go back. Glad to see there's a location in katy, especially since it's easier to park here vs memorial mall.

I was pleasantly surprised. We hadn't been to Cheesecake Factory in years because we had a bad experience last time. I was waiting to come to this location. The menu was a bit dirty. The waiter was nice. The egg roll sampler was really good but not enough to share and a little small for the price. But I loved all the egg rolls. My husband liked his pasta dish but I was not a fan. The cheesecake was good but too rich for my taste. Good experience. I'll be back probably.

Our server Steven was super sweet! I decided to order "Evelyn's favorite pasta" and I thought it was OK, def not my favorite pasta LOL. I got a complimentary cheesecake (Cinnabon) for my birthday and it was super good.

We have had the same waiter last two times we've been here, he is absolutely amazing. I find the menu a little overwhelming, because there are so many items in so many different categories. But one thing I do absolutely love and always have to get is their sweet corn tamale cakes and avocado egg-rolls!!! So usually I skip an actual entrée and just order appetizers with one of their tropical unsweetened iced teas!I'm lactose intolerant so most of the desserts are in the "no-go" zone for me, but my sister ordered the coconut cream pie cheesecake and I just had to take a bite. It was absolutely beautiful and it tasted amazing!! I wish I could've eaten the entire thing right then and there. My niece who's only 3 really just wanted some strawberries, so he brought that out on a cute little plate for her with some whip cream, and that just made her day. My mom can be quite needy at a restaurant with refills and extra bread, and other request, but our waiter handled it like a champ. He really was so patient and great and accommodating. The food was well presented and delicious. If you're going with a group, it's a great destination, because there is a menu spread with items for everyone. Thanks for another great experience!

I'd like to give a shout out and Thank You to the Ms.Julie the manager at the Cheesecake Factory in Katy at memorial mall.She made me a fantastic strawberry cheesecake and an over the top Oreo cheesecake.You were so sweet and kind to do all of that yourself.Thanks again for all your great service with the 2 Birthday Cakes you personally made yesterday.Ms.Alice Wms.They were delicious and beautiful.Ms.Julie added the candles and the sprinkles too.
