The Butcher’s Mexican Grill

Excellent tacos, ginormous delicious quesadillas!!! Everything was way beyond my expectations. Can't wait to try the other items on the menu. The restaurant was impeccably clean. Great customer service. Very friendly staff!!! Highly recommend!!!

Hidden gem! This place is a delicious, family owned authentic Mexican restaurant. All the portions are huge. Tacos are great. Quesabirria tacos were amazing. The parking lot can be a little rough around the edges, but the restaurant is clean and the employees are delightful.

This is owned by the same people who own the butcher shop in the shopping center. Here is my review in the one week since 1st stopped by I'm on my 3rd visit. Their burritos bring me full on happiness. One day I may branch out but for the moment one is enough for my dinner abd lunch the following day

This place had to close due to the pandemic in 2020 but has re-opened and so glad it did! The different selection of tacos is nice to have. Menu choices are good too...not too much but enough to come back and try!Went with the fish taco combo and an order of Chorizo fries. Both were very tasty! Fish taco came with apple slaw...nice addition not seen at too many places! Was a great flavor combination.Believe this restaurant is owned by the same people who own the grocery/butcher store next door so the meats are always fresh!Location is not the greatest (can be scary after dark) but this restaurant is definitely worth trying!

This Mexican Grill gives Mexican food a terrible reputation, I am from California So I know real Mexican food, And this is the worst I have had since I been in North Carolina, It's sad because many people here in Raleigh don't like Mexican food because of places like this, I literally took one bite of my steak burrito and threw it straight in the trash it was that disgusting I will never go to this Mexican Grill ever again please do not waste your money on the butchers Mexican Grill worst Mexican food in Raleigh hands down!

I'm so so so impressed! Everything was outstanding. The food was fresh, high quality, and delicious. The service was super friendly and helped us choose what we wanted to eat. My husband got the adobado chicken taco combo and I got the sirloin taco combo, which comes with rice and refried beans. I loved that the tacos came out with just the meat so I could dress them up with whatever I wanted from the taco bar of toppings. The tortilla was spectacular.. the texture was exactly what I want in a taco. I can't say a single bad thing about this spot! With a such big menu, there's something for everyone. I'll definitely be back!

As a visitor from Los Angeles, someone surrounded by amazing, authentic Mexican food, I must say the Carne Asada, Chorizo, and Al Pastor tacos were great. I've had so so luck with North Carolina Mexican food but these tacos were so good my wife and I came back later in the week for seconds. Also, the fries were incredible. Super crispy and hot! Portion size was phenomenal as well for the price. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms and overall facility was clean.

Food was excellent and so were the portion sizes. Highly recommend this restaurant. We had the shrimp burrito and shrimp fajita which were huge portions.

The food flavors were amazing!!! But then this happened... pieces of cleaning wipes, mold on my lime, piece of a band-aid. Other than that! BUSSIN!!!!

We ate here today and I have nothing but good words to say about this place. The food was very delicious and everything was seasoned perfectly. The atmosphere was nice and the customer service was great too. The woman was very very friendly and happy. We tried the guacamole as a side and it was delicious! I recommend eating here and we will 100% be back for some more!
