The Buffalo Grille

My wife and I have been going to Buffalo Grill once a week, for many years. They were great. For the past month or so, their coffee has been cold. They can't get their vendor/supplier (Duncan) to respond to fixing their equipment. They have messed up our orders several times, and we have complain each time. Reading what you said, I agree that it is about time for us to go elsewhere. We've given them plenty of time to correct their problems. I am sure that they will miss our big (20%) tips. We'll try again in a year, or two. As the saying goes, "Ignorance is bliss."Also, I just read this on Nextdoor-Bellaire app. "I just had breakfast at Buffalo Grill, what a horror. I simply ordered 2 eggs with hash browns and toast. The eggs were done fine, the hash browns were a gray greasy mess, my piece of toast was rock hard, you only get 1 piece of toast, The word fresh couldn't be used for anything on my plate. The toast is probably made early and left waiting to be ordered. The first plate I returned because of the gray potatoes only to get a second piece of rock-hard toast and more gray potatoes. Good for a diet. The food was inedible. I've been watching the place go downhill, I have been there many times, I will certainly never go back. It is NOT what it used to be."What is going on? Buffalo Grill use to have great food, and would fix their problems before we came back the next week. If it continues, we stop coming for a while.

Today was not a good experience at Buffalo Grille. I ordered my usual scrambled eggs with cream cheese and green onions and a side of sliced tomatoes.I requested "light on the green onions", because last time it was an overwhelming amount all over my eggs.My eggs had twice as many green onions Plus the sliced tomatoes were mealy and one looked "anemic" as it was almost all white instead of red.I took my tomatoes back up and asked for fresher sliced tomatoes. The 2nd batch they gave me was barely an improvement.I just could not eat them.The eggs were not enjoyed by me, because they had way too much green onions mixed in them.I did NOT enjoy my meal at all and basically only ate a few forkfuls of eggs and all the food was left on the table and I just left.A waste of my time, money and I still was hungry for breakfast.After all these years of coming here with my family and friends, I will scratch this place off my approved list.

This is a ZERO rating mostly due to the Manager's RUDENESS. I have eaten at Buffalo Grille dozens and dozens of times. Today, May 4, 2024 the Manager (Hispanic woman) was totally out of control, screaming at me. The cashier could not ring up our order because it was a "new system". When I asked the Manager to help she lost her mind, screaming at me. I asked her to read back my order for accuracy and she yelled at me to read it myself on the monitor. I couldn't read it and she said I had better read it because if the order was wrong she would not fix it. I asked several times for her to stop screaming. One of the staff tried to hand me a kids cup and the manager screamed not to give me anything. The hambergers were dry. A white bun is actually a yellow egg bun. The fries are boring, no seasoning. The food and MANAGER have gone straight to ZERO. The owner of Buffalo Grille needs new Management and to reassess the food.

Unable to eat chicken fried steak. Rock solid, overcooked. Piece of fried batter lying on top of the leather looking piece of meat. I spoke to Raul at the location and he thanked me for letting him know. Will not be returning.

Great place for breakfast/brunch. Heard it gets busy. Best time to go is early in the morning or right around 10-11ish on the weekdays. Lots of seating including outdoor and lots to choose from. Just had the breakfast special but they have a lot of options. Pecan coffee is on point.

This place is good. Biscuits does not taste the same anymore. They taste more like a roll.

Big portions, good prices, decent food. Nothing to complain about, but nothing amazing. Good place to stop for a quick casual breakfast.

Found this place while in Houston for work. Went 3 mornings in a row. Good food, fair prices, clearly a local joint. Makes me wish we lived near here.

I've passed this place so many times over my lifetime and finally decided to give it a go. I did find the outdoor patio to be very charming, but other than that the experience was not great. My boyfriend and I both ordered steaks cooked medium. The steaks were both overcooked. My boyfriend was lucky and got one that was slightly pink on the inside but mine was gray and difficult to chew. The veggies served with it were unseasoned and bland. We paid $100 for this and I could have done it at home way better. The service was also slow. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

This wins the award for the saddest BLT ever. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving that. Sandwich arrived with one piece of overcooked bacon. Pitiful.
