Me & my wife ate lunch on Saturday, Feb.4,2023, and our waiter was Dustin. We had never seen him before, but he was extremely nice and very well mannered. We both had the Missouri City Club sandwich, which was more than we could eat, but we both managed :)I am the President of the Golden Friendship Group for Seniors @ Holy Family Church in Missouri City,Texas, and sometimes we as a group eat lunch at your grille, and ALWAYS enjoy the food & hospitality!!!

I came here on a Sunday morning to have a fast breakfast, nice food, nice servers, and nice prices. I ordered the veggie omelet without mushrooms, and was served a veggie omelet with very large and noticeable mushrooms. The hash-browns weren't exactly hash-browns and more of shredded oily potato's (very chewy and hard to swallow). The servers were very nice and the price was VERY reasonable so what can you expect? For $8 I got a big veggie omelet with "hash-browns" the veggie omelet was tasty (minus the mushrooms) and the hash-browns were okay. I recommend this place if you're looking for quick, easy, and less expensive food.

On the golf course in the middle of the neighborhood. Always quaint with exceptional service. Coffee and maple syrup take over the senses when you walk in. Friendly faces surround you as you sit. The chatter of older people seem to make me feel at home here. I love to stop in no matter the weather. Food here is typical menu with amazing taste. Nothing mediocre about taste here. Quality ingredients make a typical American meal melt in your mouth.

I must admit we were a bit underwhelmed by this place. It basically reminded us of a Denny's with a view of a golf course. The Belgian waffle was soggy, and the South Border omelet was too crispy and tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. At least the servers were attentive most of the time. Not worth the trip.

I think I would consider this place our favorite restaurant in MO City. Its definitely not the fanciest place, and it doesn't have any crazy, new food you haven't tried, buts its consistent, and delicious. We eat here or get take out on a weekly basis. We have tried many different items. My wife loves the blackened chicken ceasar, the dressing is delicious, and its full of meat. All of soups have been perfect, chili, gumbo, crawfish bisque, along with several soups of the day. The steak sandwich and burgers are great. My kids love the flat bread pizza. The staff here is always extremely polite and efficient. They accommodate any needs my kids have. When we order for pick up, its always very quick.Like I said, nothing crazy, or extra... but this place is special, consistent, delicious, and the prices are incredible. That salad earlier... under 9 bucks with the chicken.

I mean, can't really expect much at a country club eatery. The food was very subpar, I felt like I was eating at lubys. But again can't expect much. We came in because we couldn't really find anything in sugar land. I will say that the waitress is very polite and very attentive. 3 stars for the waitresses service.

Cheap food but good tasting. The facility is really nice and the staff is friendly For a club house it is not a stuffy vibe, it seems like a few regulars come there quite often. Family friendly and a nice place to hang out and catch up with people from the neighborhood

We've been going to the Bluebonnet Grill (& its predecessors under the Quail Valley Country Club) - on and off - for about 40 years now, so I think I understand it and its regulars. During Lent, they've offered a fried fish plate on Fridays, which has always been reasonable and pretty good - until last Friday. Service was very slow and absolutely terrible. French Fries (when the entry plate was finally served) looked and tasted as if they had been under a heat lamp for an hour. Fried Haddock was good, although pieces were small and looked like they had been 'leftovers' in the fish package. Very small portions of Cole Slaw. And Tartar Sauce has more ingredients than just 100% mayonnaise.Quail Valley Golf Course (& its subsidiary Bluebonnet Grill) have had multiple management and staff turnovers lately, so perhaps they're sorting through reorganization problems, so we'll give them another chance. But if they don't bring back some of the 'fan favorites' they dropped during their recent makeover (such as their world-class Crawfish Bisque, which they dropped in favor of retaining their bland and flavorless Seafood Gumbo), then we won't be back again after that (which is a sad thing to say after 40 years).

Best Chicken Fried Chicken meal for the dollar and close to home. Staff is nice and the view from the porch is pretty.
