The Black Coffee

I love coffee, so I am always looking for a new coffee shop to try. A search on Yelp produced this place, so we had to check it out. It's a really cute shop. They were filming a reality show when we stopped by lol. Might be on tv, anyhoo, my daughter got the Light Skin Keisha and I got a drink called Brown Skin Girl, both were iced and they were amazing. My drink had caramel and cinnamon in it, it was sooo good. We also had this red velvet cream cheese muffin. It was delicious as well. Very moist. It's a cute shop, I will return when I'm in the area.

This is my second time visiting ATL. And also my second time visiting this coffee shop. The drinks are delicious I got their chai latte with vanilla and it was so delicious. Walking in the team was so inviting I was greeted within a few seconds of stepping in the door. I came back three days in a row just because I love the coffee, the service and the ambiance. I just love everything about this place. I will be coming back again whenever I'm in town. Keep it going Black coffee

Im from Arizona and was ecstatic to locate this black owned coffee shop!!! To offer plant based milk alternatives was thee best. Thank you to staff who were friendly and very helpful as our 1st visit. I ordered light skinned Keisha w/ oat milk hot. My sister went for brown skin girl iced. Grabbed us a few collectibles supporting other entrepreneurs w/i their shop. Thank you to the owners for being present and capturing a few selfies with me and my sis.

The salmon grilled cheese is ok. But the muffins are great. The matcha was really good and not powder. I do like the other milk options not many places have it

The owner and staff are so nice and courteous. Awesome menu. This blueberry muffin is delicious. The Andre tea and Brown Skin coffee are delicious too.

Finally got the chance to stop in! Great little café with the perfect selection of foods & drinks. Very popular with the locals & in touch with the pulse of the city. I was greeted with a Good Morning by the staff so I felt like I was in a good spot. They also had a great pop up, Natalie's Sweets & Treats, with samples of tasty desserts. My coffee was delicious! It reminds me of something only served in the fall by other shops. The toast was great too! Not too overloaded or crunchy. Looking forward to coming again!

First off, this place has a whole vibe. It will hit you soon as you walk in the door. Coffee, Tea, Food, Chill Tunes, Literature, Swag. I found out this used to be a church & we were treated soon as we opened & you'd think the staff knew everyone in the place because of how warm & inviting they are. The owners are the five Fellas in the black & white pic. They roast their own beans which is awesome & we bought a bag. I saw mixed generations enjoying pleasant conversations & several pick-up orders. You can literally sit down & melt away while chilling & sipping on your beverage of choice. I went with the Brown Skin Girl hot with oat milk which was delicious. Not too sweet but sweet enough. I was offered at least 4 different milk options which was awesome. My spouse got the drip which he described as smooth & bold. I like cream in my coffee but he takes his black which he told the Barista is like his Wife black & bold. I can see having a meeting here or coming to work with a laptop or a good book, or just enjoying a beverage a bite & enjoying the vibe. It was freezing out but it was nice & warm inside. We were checked on after receiving our beverages to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be back. My spouse said he found this place but Googling coffee shops & I'm glad he did!

Every time I visit Black Coffee, I enjoy myself. The last time I went, there was a group of boys playing chess and it was the cutest thing. I like that there's parking and that the staff are kind. I've ordered both coffee and tea here; both are superb. I've also brought friends! I can't speak to how WFH friendly it is, because people will be talking. If background noises don't bother you, I'd say to give it a try!

Visiting from New York and decided to stop by for a quick drink. I love caramel and cinnamon, so I had to order the "brown skin girl" and OMG it was deeelicious!!! My friend got the matcha latte and said "you can tell it was made with love!!" The customer service was great, everyone was so friendly and sweet.. the whole place was just a vibe !! Would def come back!!

Ordered: Large- Light Skinned Keshia- With Oatmilk . I ordered though uber eats and they wrote a little message on my cup. The coffee was good and not too much lavender nor was it too sweet.
