The Best Little Donuts In Texas

Amazed that ratings aren't higher. They have the best melt in your mouth glazed donuts. Shipley's is disgusting in comparison. Kolaches are awesome. People are nice. Regulars are sweet and cute.

These are the best Kolache's in all of Texas BY FAR!! Every guest we bring to town falls in love with them. They usually need to take them back home to introduce others to them. The owners are wonderful. Unexpected appears to be a hole in the wall, but a GREAT hole in the wall. My waist line could have done better never having been introduced to this place. You really should try.

Amazing and delicious donuts!!!! I am obsessed with the custard-filled donuts. They have lemon filled donuts too but I haven't tried them yet. Heads up, they don't accept any credit cards. I didn't know this prior to coming in but luckily I had cash on me.

We enjoyed the oversized donuts and boudin kolaches, but we were disappointed that the donuts containing donuts were mixed in with all the other fun variety donuts. We will definitely stop by again though :)

The donuts are some of the best tasting in the Houston area. I get the ham and cheese, sausage biscuit, and the cinnamon roll.

Ok, ok! I thought they were a bit ambitious with the name but these are really the best donuts I've had! The bread is soft and melts in your mouth! Even old donuts were just as delicious the next day.

Good donuts, reasonable prices, friendly staff. This used to be my go to donut and kolache place. I can't go here during this COVID-19 pandemic. They don't have safe practices. They're allowing customers (seniors) to congregate inside to drink coffee and none of their staff are wearing masks. It's a shame.

Every time I come to this place, I am flooded with nostalgic memories. The aroma of fresh dough fills my nostrils and enters my lungs, causing me to cough, but enjoy my cough because it tastes so good. Their donuts are delectable, and the way that they feel in my mouth reminds me of goodness. PLEASE PLEASE TRY THE CINNAMON HOLES!!!! They're literally like cinnamon rolls, but mini! Sooo amazing! When I come here, I just want to scream because I am surrounded by something so mesmerizing, that it hypnotizes my body and causes me to have convulsions of beauty. I would literally cut my hair to come to this place. If I had to recommend one thing, I would recommend the whole menu. Just go here and you won't be disappointed, and if you are, you made a mistake in your life somewhere.

The kolaches are AMAZING!!! My favorite are the polish sausage kolaches. They are $2. 79 each but one (2 if you were STARVING) fills you up. There glazed donuts were really good too. I got there around 10:00 am and the donuts were hot and fresh. I will continue coming back whenever I am in the area.

Plain or covered in your favorite toppings you can't go wrong with these donuts! The quality of the cake donut is better than I've ever experienced. I didn't bite into the donut to he "greeted" by the taste of oil. What my tastebuds experienced quality in a donut you're not going to experience anywhere else in Texas that I know of. The place was super, clean. The quality is well worth the wait especially when it comes to baking! The owner told me they are going to start delivering soon and I'm going to try this option for my next business meeting. I can't wait to impress my co-workers!
