Everything is too sweet here. The drinks are overly sweet, and the bobas are coated or dripping with sugar. Their drinks taste average. The location is in a very busy and large shopping plaza. Parking is hard to find. Customer service is OK. The decor inside has OK.

OMG! I was so excited when I found out that The Bep Teahouse was now on Bellaire!The new location has lots of cute decor and I especially loved the huge boba plushies.The menu has so many yummy drinks on there and I had a really hard time deciding what I wanted since they all looked so good. I went a bit overboard and got 4 different kinds of drinks because YOLO!I ended up getting the Taro Ube Brûlée Milk Tea, the Kuro Organic Fresh Milk, the Kyoto Matcha Brûlée Milk Tea, and the Korean Fresh Strawberry Milk. All of them were yummy and definitely satisfied my boba craving!

Nice friendly service. Drinks were pretty good if you cut down on the sweetness like I did. The Banh trang tron I didn't like so much. It had a potent fishy scent and flavor wasn't great. I didn't like some of the stuff they mixed it up with. I'm excited to come back to try their clay pot tea and mochi waffles though

Love how there are an array of selections so there's always something for you if you're craving a milk tea, fruit tea, coffee or smoothies. There are also Vietnamese food options if you want to snack on something while you're studying inside or hanging out with friends!

Trying different boba places when visiting new states is a must. Located inside a strip mall with grocery store, hair salon, and more. Good place for your partner to get a drink while waiting for you to get your hair cut aka me. Got the Jamaica Sunrise drink. Got the drink based on the photo and... unfortunately it doesn't look like the photo. It doesn't have the passion fruit seeds or oranges and pink stuff that is in the photo. Looks plain to be honest. Taste was ok but it was a disappointment. Makes it seems like it's not a real passion fruit drink. Texture speaks.This place serves street food snacks which is great because you can munch of stuff with your drink. Got the meatballs and rolls that was pretty tasty. I liked the snacks more than the drink I got here.If ever in town, would come back to try other drinks and snacks.

Delicious tea! We loved the tea that we got. It wasn't too sweet or too bland. It has one plenty of flavor. They have a large menu where you'll be sure to find something you'll like. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean and beautiful inside. Even though they were busy they were quick to put out orders. Definitely will go back to try more items.

I was in the mood to try a different boba spot and I found The Bep! The menu was super diverse they had a variety of drinks and desserts. The service was super friendly and we were able to get the drinks super fast. The boba was the right consistency and the drink itself was super sweet. If I were to come back I would definitely try other drinks. The place was cutely decorated and a lot of families were there.

I'm a sucker for fresh boba!Got a lychee tea with brown boba instead of crystal boba/jelly and it did the trick. It came with a lychee inside (not sure if that was canned or fresh but was a nice touch). Sweetness was perfect even without cutting it down.
