The Annex Crafthouse

Clean place but kind of pricey for burgers and bar food. I will say the mozzarella sticks were delicious and ranch was homemade and had amazing flavor. Service was attentive but not overly attentive.

At The Annex Crafthouse and this place never disappoints. From the customer service to the food. Everyone is friendly and accommodating and the food is not fast but it's very Texan and they use quality products and ingredients. The Annex is truly a place you can safely get away and have a great meal where the staff treats you like family.

Brisket tacos two for five dollars and also Bueno and a fish bowl.... Waitresses are awesome here... attentive, and attractive!

Ok, the main point of writing this review is to state that Sammy Jo is a boss. I stayed for about an hour on a Friday, and she single handedly worked the entire bar like a champ! Seriously, an underrated skill because this bar was bustling! Happy hour seems to be a hotspot for this place.This was my first time in, and I was surprised to learn that they offer tequila flights, and whiskey flight, but do not offer beer flights! This is surprising because this is certainly a beer joint. On the plus side they have a great selection of local brews (although not all on the menu were available), and the bartenders do a fantastic job at helping you make a selection. Also their shots menu is really unique...peanut butter pixie stick what?! Apart from the drink, I'll agree with a few of the reviews below- the food takes quite awhile, BUT if you have a minute, I recommend the pretzel & beer cheese *chefs kiss*. I'm sure it's meant to feed two or three, shared amongst friends, but this was the perfect size for a gluttonous me (love me some beer cheese)! While I personally cannot say I'm in love with the "come and take it" staff uniforms, all and all, I would recommend this place for a nice happy hour brew with the mindset that the food is a bonus.

Always great service and good food. Games are on and people are smiling. Bartender is attentive and drinks are never empty! Thumbs up!

We have just finished a girls day and we're looking for a quick meal. It was not crowded at all. We were served immediately and app came out so fast. Service was great as whatever I wanted he offered a vegetarian option for me. I got the Jack fruit Street tacos, delicious. It was quiet and clean. I enjoyed my meal although I could not eat it all. I will return. The only thing I would change is having a red hot salsa instead of verde.

I had the opportunity to stop by when in Vintage Park, and was pleasantly surprised to find plant-based on the menu. I ordered their cauliflower sandwich, but to be honest I was not necessarily a fan. It was a bit bland, decent in size, but not enough for me to return. I imagine the Cauliflower bites would taste similar, just miniature. The ambiance was relaxing- with a cute patio outside overlooking a fountain in the center, while inside was a large seating area, with privacy in the crowd. Our waitress was attentive and friendly.

We had the giant pretzel and fried mushrooms. They were great. We sat at the bar. The bar tender was super. This place is a standard. I would return.

I really enjoyed this place. I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago with some friends. I got the craft house sliders minus the coleslaw and they were delicious! Love the buns they came on and the onion strings were the icing on the cake. My husband got the brisket quesadillas, those were also delicious! Very flavorful and generous with the potions. I love the vibe. Nice and dark, great setting to hang with the friends or even go to for a date.

Drinks were good! Happy hour appetizers cheap :). I would have liked bigger pieces of fish with the fish and chips for $19 (I think)... the craft Mac and cheese had potential, ask them to hold the red pepper flakes.. it was swimming in so much it was on fire .
