I'm a huge fan of the original Thai Stellar in Webster. I would even say it's one of my favorite Thai spots in the city. When I heard they were opening up a second location in Pearland, I was ecstatic. This particular location replaced another pretty good Thai spot in a little shopping strip close to 288. Parking has never been an issue in that lot and still isn't now. The restaurant is pretty small and can only hold maybe 2 or 3 larger parties in addition to about 6 or 7 small booths. What I did not know ahead of time is that they do reservations. I came with a large group of family on Mother's Day and they were able to put three tables together. I got lucky because the remaining tables had reservations. The staff here was fantastic from start to finish. They were knowledgeable of their menu and have great suggestions.Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines and I like everything from the curries to the noodles. Between the 12 of us at my table, we ordered almost all my usual go to dishes. We did not order any appetizers but my niece did order the Chicken Satay as her entrée. She is a picky eater, but tore up this dish. I went with the Drunken Noodles with combination meat (chicken and beef). I got the dinner portion but underestimated the size of the dish. I thought the price of the food was very reasonable considering the amount of food served. They also have lunch portions for the lighter eaters. I could've easily had 2-3 meals out of the one serving. I got the spice level at a 4 out of 5. To me it was sweat inducing, but not overwhelming. Perfection really! The noodles, meat and veggies were all cooked to perfection as well. The flavors were on point too. I would get this dish over and over again. I tried the Mussamun Curry, Red Curry, Chicken Fried Rice, and Pad Thai as well. Every single one of those dishes were amazing as well. We definitely did not have room for dessert after all that deliciousness. I didn't get my usual go to Thai Tea or Mango Sticky Rice this go round, but that just means I need to come back sooner rather than later. I will definitely be back and am so glad to this newer Pearland addition.

What a hidden gem this was. I've driven past this area so many times and would've never know it existed. Amazing Thai food and service. I'm glad I was introduced to this place.

I was incredibly impressed by Thai Stellar in Pearland. The restaurant itself is well designed and decorated giving off an atmosphere of class but also a welcoming environment with relaxed vibes. The service is excellent. The servers were very attentive and checked on the table several times.I ordered a Thai Iced Tea to drink, which was very refreshing. The Pau Pia Taud (Eggrolls) were really delicious. Crispy and packed with flavor. The dipping sauce is a little sweet to me, so I mostly skipped it but I feel that way about many sweeter dipping sauces.I ordered the fried Tilapia and it was very satisfying. The fish itself was fried to perfection and the red curry sauce enhanced and enriched the dish so much with the basil, carrots, peppers and herbs blending flawlessly together. I devoured every inch of this fish and left only bones on the plate. Last I had the Thai Tapioca. This was amazing. It tastes so good. It was just the right amount of sweet. It was warm and creamy and the tapioca was soft and not too chewy. I just kept shoveling it into my mouth until it was gone.I'm already looking forward to my return trip.

Best Thai food in Pearland! I've tried their panang curry, massaman curry and drunken noodles and the food is delicious! Portion sizes are also large. They have many vegetarian options and can make dishes vegan as well. I have noticed that even the mild option carries some spice. Their curries also are heavy on the veggies/tofu to liquid ratio. Suburban Thai food can be lacking but this one hits the spot. We're happy that the Pearland area got this new Thai restaurant!

I ordered the Pad Woon Sen with chicken at level 4/5 spiciness earlier for dinner and it was very fresh, soft, seasoned, moist and very delicious. It had really tasty noodles that were very addictive to eat by themselves. This dish had a pinch of sweetness in the mix. The heat was not burning hot, but a nice addition with the herby, sweet n savory aromas. The chicken pieces were very tender. The bell peppers, carrots, celery, onions and snow peas were all properly cooked adding more flavor to the rest with some nutrition too. Great meal in its own way like the Red Curry was in its way when I had it here a few months ago. I plan to order the Pad Thai from here next time. The service was very welcoming and efficient. This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants along with Merlion (Seabrook) and Thai Garden (Houston). I am very glad Pearland just recently got a third location for this decades-old establishment.

Yelp home run here. Found it 4 minutes before the exit on 288. Drunken noodle with chicken and the Panang curry with chicken were both excellent. Service was friendly, very attentive and fast.

We came on a weekday night and the space filled up fast! We ordered the pad see ew, papaya salad and the Penang curry! My personal favorite was the curry, it was super flavorful and we wished there was more curry to eat. Papaya salad and pad see ew were standard fare, can't go wrong with the classics. Plenty of parking in the plaza here!

Very nice decor inside.Papaya salad was delicious, but half of the plate is regular salad.Panang curry with tofu was also savory BUT there was not a lot of broth; less than your typical curry dishes at other Thai restaurants. Pad see-EW with beef was pretty good BUT there was a small strand of hair in the food :( I hope the food preparation and hygiene improve at Thai Stellar. Also, the rice was a bit mushy. For those who like mild spice, probably order level 2 or 3 for the dishes. Service was ok; they checked on us a few times during the dining experience.
