Love this place. They have all your hookah accessories. The staff is super friendly and make great recommendations. I have purchased shisha, hookahs, grommets, coals and hoses here over the years. The prices are great too. If you are looking for quality, this is the place to go

So found this place online through their eBay store. Ordered a 2pc brush set for my hookah. The package came and the stem brush (long skinny one) was ok, but the brush that is supposed to be used for the base was flattened and disformed. I tried many ways to poof the brush out the way it looks in the picture but it's still flat and completely useless in cleaning the inside of my hookah base. If they are going to sell products online they should either get higher quality products or at least ship the items in an actual BOX so the products do not become unusable.(See my pics below)The worst part about all of this is a I messaged them before I left this review to see if they would at least apologize and instead they read my message and hav not replied. How UNPROFESSIONAL.Will not be buying from here or visiting the lounge on my next trip to Houston.

This review is long over do. This is the best hookah store EVER! I didn't appreciate this place until I moved. I tried hookah stores near my area but none of them compare so I drive 20 min to their store even if I need something as small as coal. The staff there are amazing. They are well educated on EVERYTHING, extremely helpful, and honest. I usually go in telling them what I am looking for and they end up finding everything for me. Their recommendations are always spot on. Oh and I can't forget that everything is reasonably priced. If you love hookah this will be your toys r us. And dont forget to ask them about their rewards program. I feel like they send me texts at least once a month about discounts, sales, and sometimes free items.

These guys have the best selection with employees who know their stuff! I'm always greeted with a friendly staff always ready to assist. I drive all the way from the Willowbrook area, which is pretty darn far, because of their selection & customer service. If anyone is ever disappointed coming here then there's just something wrong with YOU...

I made an online order and half of the products I picked weren't available (why they do not update the website?). They called me and tried to offer substitution items (they didn't have the hookah too), and I agreed. When I received it, the hookah came with a lot of scratches, the hookah bowl wasn't what was promised, and they still gave me the wrong shisha.

Go to Hookah Center off harwin for better deals. 5 for $10 on shisha packs and much more. This is another greedy business who cares more about profit than the value of actual consumers supporting their establishment. Will not recommend nor return. I was a faithful and loyal customer to this establishment for nearly 3 years. They had great professionalism and decent prices. I don't believe it to be fair they sell their customers defective products with no plans to exchange and work with them.I'm surprised due to the unfortunate nature of this situation the response I've been given and genuine customer care as well as support I have not received.Last week I purchased a $25 disposable hookah. After one use, it began to leak all over my table. I contacted the shop 9 days after purchase, due to not being in town. I was told there is a 7 day policy and it was nothing they could do, though the defective hookah was at my expense sold from their inventory. I emailed the company email as suggested by staff and attached is what I was told. Hookah was $25 and I've spent well over more than triple that amount supporting this money hungry company. I was told it was a cheap hookah and normally people purchase for one time usage. I'm not understanding if the hookah is so cheap why they wouldn't be able to exchange it ? It's to be used a few times, but I only got to use it once.Their response shows how much they value their customers. I've definitely shopped more than 3 times, but a lie to make them look better is expected. Save your money.

Great shop went there a few weeks ago, very helpful staff for someone who is just starting out with the hookah.
