My sons and I favorite pizza spot. He always gets 2 slices of cheese. He said it's his favorite because there's a little sweetness in it. My favorites are beef pepperoni and buffalo chicken. The beef pepperoni is always crispy. I don't eat pork and not too many places have good beef pepperoni. I live in Pennsauken , NJ and it's worth the ride.

Had my order been delivered in a timely manner from Uber Eats, before it was cold, and the gluten-free thin crust pizzas already cooked to the max, I probably would've had a chance to provide a review based on the food, without external factors. However, the gluten-free pizza is a thin crust medium-sized pie. I ordered one with cheese and tomato sauce, and the other with cheese and white sauce. UNFORTUNATELY, I ordered through UBER EATS, where there's no accountability, and their customer service is consistently abysmal, with executives and investors that don't care about mistreating the customer nor taking a large share of the profits from small businesses. Uber is one of the worst companies that anyone can be associated with by endorsement or partnership. I am KINDLY GIVING THE RESTAURANT AN AVERAGE RATING, as I would hope that the FOOD WOULD BE BETTER WITHOUT DELIVERY ISSUES, and the restaurant would provide me another opportunity to have a much better experience for an accurate, and objective review based solely on the food.

Absolutely amazing pizza at a great price. Had the Logan Detroit style pizza (no pepperoni or toppings) and was surprised how good it was. The crust was cooked wonderfully with a nice crispy crunch, able to hold up with the size of each slice. Sauce had a very strong and rich flavor. Lots of cheese though the flavor was more subtle despite how much there is. Overall a great slice and excellent value for how good this is. Been meaning to try this spot for a while and wish I did sooner. Definitely want to try their standard pizza and a few more items from their menu. Thanks

Needed an easy dinner for our last night on vacation in Philly. Saw fantastic reviews for this place and it was just a couple blocks from where we were staying. We went there to order, got the food, and it was absolutely delicious. The perfect pizza for a lazy night dinner.

Coming from New York, I consider myself somewhat of a pizza connoisseur and I've been long searching for a decent slice in Philly ever since moving here in September. Little did I know that what I'd been looking for was right around the corner from where I live. I'd passed Tetra Pizza Grill dozens of times in my travels and it always seemed to be a busy place, with a constant stream of people running in and out with their takeout orders. Not sure why I waited so long to try it, but during my latest craving for a slice, I decided to give them a try. Great call!I ordered the Detroit Rittenhouse pie, which was a deeper dish, small, rectangular pizza with pepperoni, red sauce and cheese. The pizza had just come out of the oven when I arrived and it was slightly on the burnt and crispy side, which actually made it even more delicious. There's nothing worse than an undercooked pizza, so I was very happy with my selection.I ordered easily through their website and it was ready to be picked up in no time. I was greeted by a friendly counterperson and served with a smile as I perused the many tempting varieties of pizza displayed in their case. (Reason enough to come back!) The pizzeria is just that, a nice old-fashioned pizza joint, clean and comfortable, though it's not exactly the spot for a dinner night out on the town. Overall, this is definitely one of the better pizzas I've experienced here in Philly!

I like all types of pizza, and Detroit pizza seems to be climbing in popularity. I was excited to try Tetra's Detroit pizza for lunch. I ordered a couple of slices of pepperoni Detroit pizza with a slice of carrot cake. They do offer traditional slices of pizza as well. Detroit pizza is thick, so I really should have ordered just one slice. I was almost full after the first one. It was good but not quite the level of other Detroit pizza I've had. I think it was the crust that was lacking. The icing of my carrot cake got stuck to the top of the container. It was a delectable slice of cake, but scraping icing off the container to try to put it back on top was no fun. With so much competition when it comes to pizza, I don't know for sure that I would come back to Tetra.

Just relocated to the are and was the first pizza spot we tried. Pizza was ok. Nothing to scream about. Deep dish was subpar at best. Tried again for mozzarella sticks and a burger. Sticks were cold. Not fully cooked and the burger had more rubber feel than a tire. Not a great 1st impression to visit again.

Finally we found a decent pizza place in Philly. Trying not to over order from them. Let's start with the sauce. Robust, filled with flavor but not chunky. Fresh crushed Jersey tomatoes are the key to the flavor. We've ordered the Rittenhouse. A Club & sometimes a stromboli. Pizza: sauce is really flavorful. Good amount to cheese / sauce ratio. And the little cup pepperoni are plentiful. Club: I love a good club sandwich. It's one of life's great tiny pleasures. I had given up hope of ever finding a decent Club in Philly. But the Tetra Goddess prevailed on me and created a really great turkey bacon club. Stromboli: 3 meals in one. Yes it's that large and tasty. Honestly the 2nd & 3rd days are even better. We have only had delivery and I was really hesitant to write this review. Yelp seems to be the kiss of death for my reviews. Write one, next order they forget something, send the wrong stuff, or burn whatever we ordered. We have a running joke that we get a place we really like & either they close, stop doing delivery or jump the Shark with the food. 3 months in x1 a week and we are still good.

Raw dough. The cashier said she would bring it over. I waited ten minutes. And then when I went to the front to check in it. It hadn't even been put in the oven to warm. My presence reminded her that I placed an order. It was brought over 5 minutes later. The Detroit style slices were lukewarm warm at best and the regular slices were warm. After a few gummy bites, we noticed that we were eating raw dough.
