Tequilas Mexican Grill

This place is absolute GARBAGE! The food is not good AT ALL and the prices are insane. Not sure how they managed to both undercook AND overcook the fajitas but they found a way. The beef was cooked to nearly beef jerky consistency it was so dry and over cooked yet somehow the onions manages to be nearly raw. Takes real talent to mess something up so badly. Also the margarita was so syrupy sweet I didn't even drink it. The cherry on top was how dismissive the server was. Barely interacted with us despite being one of maybe three tables in the whole joint. I know it's the only place in the area so I assume that's the only reason people still go here but please do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE

Always a great time when we come down to the area because I know I'm going to find a great Mexican spot that I haven't tried before, and these guys did not miss. My wife calls me a "tortilla snob" and I take that as a compliment. lolThey had some of the most freshest flour tortillas I've had in a good minute since I never feel like making them at home. The Enchiladas Suizas were top notch and their chips & salsa had a great taste as well. we'll see you guys again next time we're south of downtown!

The service was excellent! The food was delicious! I had the combo with a crispy taco, tamale, and a cheese enchilada. My one friend had a cheese enchilada and spinach enchilada and she loved them both. My third friend had their ceviche and enjoyed it. The prices were very resonance. We loved the Margaritas, yum! Enjoy!!

No idea why people like this place, waitstaff took forever to wave down and there was only 3 tables seated... I got a tiny kiwi margarita which was absolutely terrible, so much syrup for $10. I don't want to know how much the regular sizes ones are.. I ordered one small margarita and a side of beans and I paid $15 Surely will never be back, I was always very curious because of the name and good reviews.. but this place was a huge mistake

I asked for a whole avocado on the side of my fajitas and they charged me $10. They rang it up as a "guacamole salad " and refused to change it.

Service sucks here. Read the reviews before coming here. Food was ok. Service sucks. Spent an hour and a half refilled my drink once. Never will go back

I've never left a restaurant on a nearly empty stomach until today. Let's start off with the hostess, shall we? Not one word was said to us....Next the drinks. We asked if they had aguas frescas and ordered the horchata. Instead we got milk with no flavor, ice and Sandy powder sitting at the bottom of the glass... Now for the food. I ordered the shrimp tacos. I've ordered this many times at other places and they all tasted very well. As y'all can see from the photos I've attached... the shrimp had NO seasoning and were very tiny... I substituted cabbage for lettuce that seems like they just threw scraps on my tortillas- tortillas that were NOT cooked. It also came with a side of a mix of tomato, onion and cilantro that I didn't touch because it was mainly raw onion which I'm not a fan. My plate looked so sad. Just save yourself some time and money.
