Good flavors if you are looking for a good broth but not up to the standard of the Katy location. Ordered the pickled pepper soup with beef tendon but the beef tendon thinner than the one in Katy. Broth is still rich, flavorful and spicy so I still like this dish. 4/5The popcorn chicken is much different that the one in the Katy location. They use a different batter that is typically used for fried plantains so it is different than the Katy location. When we asked for sweet and sour sauce they said that they did not have any (again unlike the Katy location where they always provide sweet and sour sauce on the side. 2/5Prefer the Katy location 100%.

Located just right at the door of Jusgo, the decor is the same as the previous restaurant. It is a small restaurant. The menu as a whole is rather confusing. The page with the appetizers and drinks somehow is the main menu. The other side of the menu is all over the place. One wouldn't be able to tell the difference at a glance. The concept is like a mini solo hotpot without the fire under the pot. The ingredients are limited too. I had the xiao long bao, and the original pork bone soup. The xiao long bao skin was a little thick and there wasn't much soup in them. The pork bone soup was ok. The flavor wasn't deep enough. The ingredients came cold. There were only 4 thin slices of meat, but a small bowl full of noodles. I would prefer more meat than noodles. Service is non-existent. Even though I was the only one in the restaurant, calling repeatedly for a staff to take my order was tiring. The staff were at the front (only 20ft away) chatting away, thus couldn't hear me calling for them.

We just came back from lunch. Concept is exactly the same as the location in Katy - you get a bunch of ingredients and pour it into the broth. The food itself wasn't too bad. But I'm docking it down due to really poor service. After they dropped off our food, no one stopped by to see how things were. We ended up having to scrounge around for our own additional napkins and utensils. And we had ordered popcorn chicken as an appetizer, which we received almost 40 minutes later and basically after we were done eating.Hopefully the service improves.

This is a chain from China that has a location in Bellaire food street. Now there's a sugar land location inside the Jusgo. Essentially you can pick your broth and you get all the aspects of your soup on the side and dump them in the broth yourself. There's many options for broth. I tried the MaLa one and the spice was legit, a little too spicy for me, so if you don't like super spicy things then I would recommend trying one of the more mild soup bases. They also have a lot of apps to choose from. The wood ear mushroom is very good.

Inside jusgo. They are only at their soft opening, so there are some kinks to work out. The menu has 2 sides. I didn't 100% understand the explanation,, but as far as I can tell one is a cook it yourself, but has the fatty beef without customization. The other side costs 2 dollars more base, but is precooked and can choose your base protein. The tomato base is VERY tomatoey and savory. I preferred it over the bone broth one. They also have a few drink options and appetizers. Mango green tea is very sweet with rainbow jelly. The popcorn chicken in particular was very yummy. The appetizers came fairly quickly like within 10 minutes of ordering. The noodles took about 30 minutes. One thing noticeably above and beyond is that they saw we had a baby and provided plastic cups and utensils and a pair of scissors to cut up the noodles and dumplings for her. The wait staff are very friendly and personable, but sometimes had trouble identifying the food or answering questions (which is reasonable for new staff), but you do have to flag them down for things like chopsticks or water. Excellent option imo for a casual meal.

I will definitely be a returning customer. There is one in Katy which is closer to cypress. Let's start off with the aesthetic of the restaurant, it is very pleasing to the eye. You're automatically greeted by the employees and even tho they speak mandarin I was able to understand a little and of course they quickly switched to English because I don't speak the language fluently. I ordered the Szechuan Mala noodles with sliced meat, automatically topped off with lettuce, tofu, corn, one shrimp, one quail egg, woodear mushroom and sliced tofu. It came in this deep big bowl and the amount of heat was just right. Got me coughing a few times but I love spicy food. You wouldn't think it has a lot of noodles but it was packed, I was surprised I finished the darn bowl. It's definitely worth the 14.99, better than going to a pho place with tiny amount of noodles in my opinion. As a first time customer I'll definitely be back but to the Katy location.

Flavor wise is same as other 10 seconds, service is good. The only thing need to improve is the qty of the appetizer. We ordered popcorn chicken and sesame balls, comparing the amount being offered is Katy location, this is like half of the size but with same price which is quite disappointing. Hope that can be addressed with management, coz I have talked to other friends who went both locations (Katy and Sugar Land), they have the same experience.

Been here twice. It's in the space that used to be courtyard cuisine, so decor is very nice. The service is very attentive and the food is consistent and delicious. Recommend!!!
