This was our first time at this restaurant and we instantly fell in love with the cuisine and the robustness and flavor of the soup and noodles. I normally prefer buckwheat noodles that come with ramen but this human noodle dish comes as a very close second! The drinks were delicious and refreshing! The service was attentive and patient as I asked for more clarification on our order. The food was delivered so quickly it was really surprising. The chicken appetizer was just as tasty. The ambiance was that of a typical strip mall restaurant but the white interior made it look airy and spacious. Overall, I give this restaurant an A- (five stars)!

I tried a drink this time and I got the ya shi xiang oolong lemon tea. Very light and refreshing! My entree was the collagen chicken soup, as always. Never disappoints.

Atmosphere: Ten Seconds is rather unassuming on the outside, but surprisingly spacious on the inside. The restaurant was bright and clean.Service: As it was our first time at Ten Seconds, the server kindly explained the menu to us and recommended a couple of their most popular items. Our food came out in a timely manner after we ordered. Once served, if you order the signature rice noodles, you can cook all of the ingredients on your own in your hot pot. Food: We ordered the Signature Rice Noodles with the Original Pork Bone Broth and the Spicy Szechuan Mala Broth. Both of the broths were super flavorful and savory! Each serving comes with 10 sides, noodles, and your choice of protein. We decided to get an extra serving of fish as well. The fatty beef and fish were good, and there was a nice variety of sides that you'd expect at hot pot (though it would be nice to pick and choose from more options). For dessert, we tried the Crispy Fried Milk, which was delicious! It went well with the side of sweet condensed milk. Overall: Ten Seconds was a fun time! The price was pretty decent for the serving, and the broths were flavorful (and spicy for the szechuan broth). We'd come back again if we are craving something like hotpot but not wanting to stuff ourselves or spend more at an AYCE hotpot place.

Had a lot of fun here with the wide variety of dishes to pick from. The menu can be a little intimidating at first, but honestly, just look at pictures and go with whatever you think will be good. Personally, I liked the dry noodle dishes better, but that's just because I'm not a huge broth person. The noodles were great, they are all very "slurpable", and it was kind of fun to experience the cartoon-like feeling of slurping noodles and have them glide. Really cool place, would recommend to try it out!

OVERALL: Accidentally found this place while shopping for groceries. Staff was very attentive and kind. They recommended us dishes based on our preferences. We tried the Original Beef Brisket Rice noodle soup and loved it. Portions were big so we left with a hefty stomach. We'll be back to try other dishes. Service: 5/5 (food came out hot and quick!)Ambience: causal sit downPrice: $-$$ Parking: Plenty

We used our GPS software to navigate to a restaurant that was no longer there. Instead, we found Ten Seconds Yunman Rice Noodle in its place so we decided to check it out. They have been open for around 9 months at the time of this review. Our party of 5 ordered two of the signature rice noodle bowls: one with kimchi broth and fish fillets; the other with pork bone broth and fatty beef. Both were delicious and I especially enjoyed the kimchi broth which has a wonderful combination of heat and flavor. Would definitely order that again. We also ordered a chicken rice noodle bowl and a mushroom rice noodle bowl. The mushroom rice noodle bowl was devoured immediately and the chicken rice noodle bowl was delicious but ultimately needed a to-go container. We also shared dumplings, and popcorn chicken. I wasn't impressed with the popcorn chicken but it is nice to have variety on the menu when dining with kids.

I came here late at night about an hour before closing and they didn't rush us at all! The service was prompt and quick.I heard that this was a chain but it was so good! I was so pleasantly surprised by how fast the food came out and how tasty it was. My husband and I both ordered a signature rice noodle soup where you select the type of broth and protein you want. I had the Golden broth and my husband went for the Szechuan. He loves spicy so it was perfect for him. We both got fatty beef for protein. The broth comes with everything on the side for you to add in. The first thing you add is the little quail egg and your protein. Then all of the veggies and your noodles. By the time you finish adding everything in your broth will settle to the perfect eating temperature. I was skeptical about the egg, thinking it would be hard by the time I ate it, but it was still decently runny inside. The portion is large and I was very full by the end. If you're looking for hot pot vibes but don't want to invest the time or money, this is such a great alternative! I am so happy to have this near us!

Finally we have a cross bridge noodle place in the Triangle area!! We tried two soup bases, the Szechuan spicy (so good with beef) and pickled pepper, and both were balanced and flavorful. The side dishes were fresh and versatile, complementing our noodles perfectly. It overall has a generous portion size for the price. The service was exceptionally fast and attentive. Also we were pleasantly surprised by how yummy their drinks were! Overall, a must visit for noodle lovers!!

What I loved:1. The atmosphere! Packed with people chatting over a meal... I would go back for this alone.2. The service. My first time they had to work out the kinks but the second time was fast and the wait staff were really nice. What I disliked:1. I blame myself for this but I apparently didn't put the raw food in in time for it to cook thoroughly (cue food poisoning later on). The pot stays bubbling a good minute but yikes, please don't miss that window when you eat here.2. The flavors were good but somehow a bit one-note, despite getting two separate types of noodle orders.Overall, the location and people are fantastic.

Amazinggg!! Not many places that my 1yo, 7yo, 12y/o & MYSELF can all agree upon but this place is amazing!!!!!! Edamame was great (different than every place I've had it).The FRESH RICE NOODLES & broth with depth and the perfect spice! I had the **Szechuan Mala** w beef & fish- the fish was soooo tender! My daughters had the *chicken* and the *golden hot and sour* (which is listed as less spicy than the Mala, but it's def MORE spicy which was fine because we like that.) & for just $2 more you can get another order of noodles, so we took a TON of leftover broth & meat home. We will be back many times this winter- Guaranteed!
