This is a casual authentic chinese restaurant. The restaurant is in the Doraville H-marto plaza. They are right next to Tea Top & Meet fresh. This plaza can be overwhelming because theres so much in the area, but if you just go to the left of H-mart you will find it. Lots of available parking in the area.I love, love! The cucumber salad! Its so refreshing and packed with flavor! This is the best appetizer you can order! I loved how they have an large apps & small plates available to order. I actually enjoyed my appetizer more than my meal. I also ordered the Tako yaki and the filling was nice and creamy, just a nice warm snack. The shrimp shumai was pretty standard and so was the edamame. I took only one star off because while I did order the hot pot. It did not come in hot pot style. Its just a bowl with broth in it, and the sides you order to go in are pretty pricey and the portion sucks. I paid almost $2 for corn, and I didnt even get half an ear of corn. They should just sell bowls of noodles and not call it "hotpot"

I was shopping at HMart and decided to stop in to pick up dinner on my way out! Parkingwise, there's tons of parking in the plaza parking lot. Inside is super spacious with tons of seating and it was very clean. I placed an order with the hostess and decided to get the spicy sour slice beef rice noodle. I loved the way it came packaged and it really took all of like 2 minutes for my food to come out! When I got home, I was able to see the noodles were in one compartment while the broth with all the vegetables were in a separate compartment, so I went and combined them to eat. The sour base was an interesting flavor for me and even though I handle spice pretty well, this spice was pretty intense for me. But the flavors were good and I liked the vegetables that came in the broth. I'd probably visit again as this was convenient and delicious, just would try something new!!

This is one of my favorite spots to go on a cold day when I'm craving soup! The menu had changed since the last time I came, and they explained that none of the items are hot pot style where you mix your own ingredients. Instead, the soups all come ready with the ingredients inside. I got the sour and spicy beef soup and it was perfect. HUGE portions and you will certainly leave full.We came on a Saturday night and it wasn't crowded.

This has def been our go to crossing bridge noodle place since the location is closer than the Yunnan Crossing Bridge Noodle in Duluth. I slightly prefer the broth and fatty beef in Duluth, but this tastes similar enough that the distance isn't worth it for me. Here, you'll get the more full experience with the ingredients all separated for you to put together yourself (or get some help doing so). I also prefer here over Dagu since it's much more flavorful. We've tried spicy slice beef rice noodle (my favorite so far), spicy hot pot beef rice noodle (tastes different and has different toppings/ not your typical crossing bridge noodle toppings), and sour spicy slice beef rice noodle. Definitely hits the spot on a dreary or cold day!Updated menu attached!

Stopped in for a late dinner as we were craving noodles. These did not disappoint! I ordered the classic beef noodle soup and my mom got the herbal beef soup (new on their menu). Having seen both I think the herbal soup is definitely the way to go as it has more ingredients and the broth tastes healthier. The classic beef soup was great on its own though! The photo is a bit deceiving since most of the toppings were located underneath the noodles. Reasonable prices ($12-15 per bowl), clean interior, and good service!

My husband and I came in on a Sunday night and were seated immediately. I ordered the Mushroom Soup w/ Chicken Leg and he ordered the Spicy Soup w/ Beef Flank. The portion sizes are generous with a wonderful amount of ingredients. The broth in both dishes were full of flavor but the mushroom soup was a bit lighter. The food is outstanding and service is quick and efficient. We cannot wait to come back to taste the other broth options. Highly recommend.

I thought Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle was great. If I thought local competitor Dagu Rice Noodle was good and I gave them four stars (https://bit.ly/35Hsfz2), does that mean I should give Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle five stars? I think I will. When it comes to Chinese rice noodle soup restaurants in metro Atlanta, this Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle location is the best I've tried so far.If you've been to Dagu, next to Quickly on Buford Highway, Ten Seconds is generally regarded as better because Ten Seconds' broth is more flavorful. I agree with this general opinion.Like Dagu, Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle is a chain of Chinese rice noodle soup restaurants. The Chinese name is Shi Miao Dao (or "Shi Miaodao") which means "ready in 10 seconds." There are several Shi Miao Dao locations across the country including New York, DC (Rockville), Philadelphia, Houston, and Denver. This Ten Seconds location in Doraville used to be Qing Shu Malatang, opened in October 2019. Qing Shu Malatang became Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle sometime around the 2022 New Year (I submitted the Yelp business edit to change the name in February 2022 and it went through). After the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, I remember walking by Qing Shu Malatang several times on our trips to Tea Top wondering if they'd survive. Chinese rice noodle soups, with their boiling broths and multitude of dishes, aren't exactly takeout-friendly.During the early months of the pandemic, I noticed Qing Shu Malatang converted its front door to a takeout-only window, similar to Tea Top. The dining room has since reopened with clear dividers in between tables and the business has since rebranded. I was happy to see this place quite busy during our Saturday night visit. And I could see why this place is popular - the food was very good and everything was served quickly.Among my friends, opinions vary about this place. Some people love it and rave about it. Others, like my wife, are lukewarm about it. Those who feel the latter don't think Ten Seconds is bad, it's just not a place they'd go out of their way for or a place with a type of food they crave. As I wrote in my review for Dagu Rice Noodle, the version of Chinese rice noodles that Dagu, Ten Seconds, and other metro Atlanta restaurants, such as Yunnan Crossing Bridge Rice Noodle in Duluth, is known for originated in Yunnan province, China. Hence, "Yunnan" is the business name. Basically, what you get is deconstructed noodle soup: a bowl of boiling-hot, savory broth, a separate bowl of silky smooth, soft, thin, and round rice noodles, maybe a tray or bowl of meat, and a tray filled with small dishes of other various ingredients (mostly veggies).Aesthetically, the presentation looks great. The colorful and symmetrical "deconstructed" appearance plus the ability to put the ingredients in yourself are part of the fun and appeal of these places. Here, you also have the option for your bowl to be assembled for you in the kitchen. If you cook it yourself, it's supposed to take only 10 seconds for everything to cook and be ready to eat. I don't like eating foods that are too temperature-hot so I let my bowl sit for much longer than 10 seconds.Aside from the appetizers and cold dishes on the menu, pretty much everything else comes with everything you need. No "build your own" bowls or anything like that. Think of each entree on the menu as a complete, preset meal. There are nearly 50 soups to choose from and the menu has helpful pictures to ease decision-making.Here's what the four of us got:Apps/Cold Dishes:* A8. Cucumber Salad ($5.25)* A11. Spicy Tripe ($7.95)* A12. Black Fungus with Vinegar Sauce ($5.25)Sour Spicy Soup:* Sour Spicy Slice Beef Rice Noodle x2 ($13.95 each)* Sour Spicy Pork Chop Rice Noodle ($12.95)Szechuan Pepper Soup:* Szechuan Pepper Fish Rice Noodle Soup ($13.95)I enjoyed everything. I love tripe and appreciated the portion size of the Spicy Tripe here. It was delicious. If you like tripe, I recommend it. The Cucumber Salad and Black Fungus (wood ear) were fresh and spicy and are worth ordering as well.As far as the broths went, I thought both the Sour Spicy and Szechuan broths were nice and flavorful. I don't think you can go wrong with either. The sliced beef was served in rolls like at Chinese hot pot. The pork chop was partially cooked, with some sort of coating on the outside (like flour or cornstarch), sliced, and served in a bowl. It was like a Taiwanese fried pork chop, but I'm not sure it was fried. The fish was a whitefish that was served in sizable filets and, unlike the beef and pork, the fish meat was served already cooking in the boiling broth. The small dishes, not described on the menu, included quail egg, fishcake, tofu skin, corn, Chinese garlic chives, snow ear, Chinese pickled mustard greens, sliced ham, wood ear, and iceberg lettuce. All of the ingredients were fresh and good quality. The old Chinese lady servers were curt.

There were a steady stream of people coming in and this has been on my list of "to try's for a while, so I finally came in to see what these noods were all about. I got:Lamb "hot pot" rice noodle: This had a nice pleasant "hot pot" ma la flavor to it, and it wasn't too spicy. Broth was overall pretty decent, but it didn't blow me away. The noodles were okay (for a noodle place, I expected the noods to be a little less cooked and maybe the tiniest bit more chewy--not sure if these noods are made fresh in house, but didn't taste like it). Condiments-wise, there were some bok choy and some lamb, along with some bean sprouts. Nothing about this dish WOW'd me, but it was overall okay.Bean curd appetizer: This tasted watered down; At first, I thought that maybe the water from the bean curd (assuming they washed it or it was packaged in liquid) diluted the sauce, but the other appetizer was also underseasoned so I'm not sure. This wasn't my favorite--just tasted like watered down bean curd. Ma la tripe: Same as the bean curd; the flavor was a little too mellow for my liking. I ended up dipping this in my mala broth and eating it (tasted great that way). It could also do without the cucumber strips; added some volume but not much to the flavor, especially as the sauce itself was bland.Overall, this place was just okay (just reached 3 star, but barely). Appetizers were more 2 star, but the noodle broth was enough to bring it up. The server forgot half my order, and I had to walk over and remind her as she never looked over. However, she was nice and friendly, and she did apologize for forgetting. In all honesty, there are plenty of other noodz places with mala style broth/foods. I probably won't be back.

My love. This place is reliable and food is delicious. I get my #1 and don't stray from it. It's the sour cabbage and fish. I go so often that the workers know my order. Interior is nice! I like the service and ambiance.
