Just visited here and come to find out it's under new ownership... the people are very welcoming and the drinks are better than ever... they also have a delicious waffle with ice cream dessert I would try if you haven't already.. very clean and spacious.. it's our boba spot now considering it's down the street 5 min. DELICIOUS!! My Son's Words:"Hi my dad took me here and Its the best place ever ... because of the service there.. its so nice and the stuff taste so good and they even have games to do when ur waiting for your order."

The drinks were so good!! The coconut latte was perfectly sweet and flavorful. I do like my coffee on the sweeter side so keep that in mind so it might be too sweet for some! The honey green tea was also so good and refreshing, and they lined the cup with honey.. so good! There's also a drive thru in the back and the worker was really sweet. I deducted one star because they don't have any alternative milks :/ I hope they add that soon!

This place is under new ownership with a completely different menu. They have lots of great options including food. Their space is really roomy and clean with lots of places to sit and games to play. They even have a few toys for smaller kids. I have ordered their honey green tea and their white peach green tea 50% sugar level, and both were made just right. My favorite was the white peach green tea. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is our new go to boba spot on this side of fry rd.

Great newer tea shop. The staff are always pleasant and helpful when I've been here. The inside of the shop is very clean and bright. Lots of places to sit and even has floor cushions. All thr drinks myself and family have had are excellent. I love being able to choose ice and sugar levels. Recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great tea shop!

Never been, only ordered randomly on uber eats. BUT I MUST SAY OMG 5 STARS FOR THE PACKAGING ALREADY. The togo packaging kept everything cold and I can tell this place really care for their customers.Also, watermelon slush was amazing 5/5 if I can give 10 starts I would.

Randomly ordered from DoorDash and we loved it!!! The packaging, food taste, and everything else was really good! The takoyaki and calamari is amazing. We will definitely go back!

Finger food is great and tasty. Service is great. Nice employee greets us when we come in. Nice environment. Good place to hang out for drink and snacks and chat.

Absolutely delicious boba place. Great atmosphere and very clean. My now go-to pregnancy craving cheese sticks and a smoothie with boba. Highly recommend.

Drinks were so good and have just the right amount of sweetness!I got a mango green tea with boba and the mango doesn't taste artificial, it's tastes refreshing. My fiancés got the brown sugar milk tea and it was the best one he's ever had and he always gets that drink everywhere. Plus the food is well seasoned & taste! Super sweet staff & vibe
