Excellent food! Every single thing. The homemade tortillas are to die for.Tge service was also wonderful! Nice lil place.

Why 4 stars? Because it was a pretty typical Tex-Mex experience. --- --- ---I say this every time I write a review for a Tex-Mex place: how do they all stay open? There are 10 million of them in the Houston metro and the difference between the worst one and the best one is like 10%. But hey, I guess I can't be too dumbfounded when I've been to like 2 million of them. I guess I am perpetually on the hunt for the one that's way better than the rest.The good: The beef fajita meat, the onions & the flour tortillas.The okay: The chips, the yellow queso, the rice and the fixins.The bad: The smell inside and the beans.When we walked in, it really reeked of cleaning products mixed with something pretty rank. My wife went to the restroom and said it was a lot worse in there. But it either died down or we just got used to it by the end of the meal.The service was kind of a mix. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, but almost too attentive. There was a rotation of a server, someone else, and a manager coming to our table and they all would ask us the same question, about 90 seconds a part. "More chips?" "More chips?" "More chips?" Again, I feel bad even complaining because they were all super nice. But I think they need to check in with each other to avoid that. It happened the entire meal.Overall: a very typical experience. We love Tex-Mex, so it's always going to be at least pretty good. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad.

Food?? Really good. Restaurant is clean. Enrique was our server and he was awesome! The salsa came out very warm on warm chips was ridiculously good! Ordered a combo plate with a taco and enchilada. It was good but my hubs ordered the tamales and I had a bite... delish! Might have to come back!

Really good fajita beef here! The quality of the seasoned beef inside the puffy tacos was also excellent! Everything here tastes delicious! Both house salas are also fresh!

TLDR: Solid AF! Salsa and Service were Visit: Labor Day (lunch)Order: -Meltdown Margaritas: 7.1/10 Average house Rita with Grand Marnier -Chili con Queso: 7.1/10Average queso with ground beef. -Puffy Tacos: 7.2/10Great puffy shells filled with average ground beef. -Chips and Salsa: 8.3/10Average chips, but the red salsa was Great roasted tomato flavor. Served hot. Green salsa was decent. All in all, this was a pleasant surprise. The service from the waiter and helpers was extremely attentive and made sure than all drinks were kept refilled and the salsas never ran dry. Even brought extra to go containers and chips for us to go. Do it.

Not to impressed. Food was expensive and just ok. We ordered the quesadillas- wow!...way expensive for the amount. We usually go to Juanita's on Louetta and their quesadillas are HUGE so we were kinda expecting that. Service started out just ok with the young hostess barely greeting us to a great intro with our waiter. Then things started to go a bit downhill from there. I think he was peeved we only ordered 2 appetizers and no meals or booze (driving home a bit of a distance) cause he huffed out an attitude. Had to ask for chips while we were eating our queso which agitates me because now it's cold. Would I go back? Not likely but part of that is it's not close to home.

First let me say the service was dope as hell! Esther (I think that's how you spell it) but I got 3 enchiladas wit double rice and maybe I'm trippin but it was the best enchiladas I've had in a very long time I'm from Dallas but I'm definitely coming BacK. And it was a real nice lady with her husband that I let order my meal cause she was so convincing lol I'm glad I listened erbody vibe was on point

Meh!You probably had to pass several underrated Mexican food restaurants to get to this one. We went there last night. The first thing I saw was a sign boasting their cheese enchilada was voted best enchilada in 2023. You know I had to try that. The wait staff was friendly although it took a while to get our drink order. We found the red and green sauce and chips to be good. The home made corn tortillas were excellent. We ordered two shrimp enchiladas and of course one cheese enchilada. We also ordered the bean soup and the stuffed jalapeños. The shrimp enchiladas were very good. The poblano sauce topping was tasteful. I did not find the cheese enchilada to be worth the hype. It was bland. The yellow queso was pretty good. It seemed to be real cheese. The bean soup was probably the best feature out of the whole evening but only if you like bacon because it definitely had quite a bit of that. The stuffed jalapeños, however, were something else. They were two to a plate and very oversized. I went through a lot of cheese and breading for the first couple of bites before I actually found the shrimp it was supposed to be stuffed with. It only had one shrimp in it which was unpeeled! Also, the cheese:breading wad only had a sliver cut from a jalapeño. Not worth the price. I sent them back. When we got the check, they did not take the stuffed jalapeños off. I guess the waiter conveniently forgot. Also, tea drinker beware! They charged 3.50 for a glass of unsweetened mango tea. They charge $1.00 for the mango shot in the tea and $1.00 per fill up. My tea for the evening cost $6.50. Once he adjusted the check we paid and walked out. Wont be going back. Mexican restaurants are on every corner so the competition is tough. Ya can't fool this Gringo!I think they are overpriced and over rated.

Absolutely love this place! It has shot up to the top of our list for our Mexican Food night! They just opened recently and the place is awesome. Great Food, Great service, perfect location (for us)and just overall very good. It's a small place so don't spread the word too much because we like getting seated quickly ! lol !They have daily specials each day of the week so follow them on Facebook and watch for your favorite night !

The food was delicious, we ordered chilaquiles and they were really good. Staff were great, really nice.
