My favorite place in all of philly. Known as tmoms to locals, this place is a hub of community. They host free and low cost events almost daily. They lift up queer and POC communities, and serve the best food and cocktails while they do it. The servers are so sweet every time we go, we've gotten to know a few really well and always look forward to seeing them.The vibes here are clean grunge. The walls upstairs are plastered in local and international artists' work. You can sit at a table to enjoy a meal or drink, or take a seat in one of few bumper cars around the bar!Whenever a friend comes to visit me in philly this is the first place I take them. tmoms is truly the spirit of queer philly.ily forever tmoms(pictured is the We Gay cocktail from Pride month, two kinds of loaded tots (cheese and parm pepper), and a Nashville hot vegan sandwich.)

tmom's is one of my fav bars in the city. despite them only having lime white claw i still love them. they have the MOST FUN cocktails in the city (get a pop rocket!), and excellent food specials almost daily.staff is always super friendly when i visit, and quick too! a super trendy spot, great for the queer community with how many events they host, and a lovely spot to visit on south st any day of the week.

Visited Tattooed Mom for a friend's birthday. The upstairs space was jam packed and a bit uncomfortable. We decided to stay downstairs where we had a seat at the bar. I ordered a cheesesteak and some drinks. The Bartendar was attentive and the food was good. I wasn't wowed, but this is a bar after all. Overall, it wasn't particularly my vibe but the space is fun and filled with stickers!

A South Street staple for sure. Awesome food and drinks, especially their vegan selection. Standoffish service most of the time. Cool vibe inside if you're into weird eclectic stuff. I'd come back!

Super cool spot! Stopped by to have a G&T on Taco Tuesday... we recommend the beef taco... super yummy! The vibe is cool... love the bumper car!

I see why one of my friends loves this place. I was hoping for the special teri beef sando sandwich but no luck. Vegan sweet bbq wings and reasonably priced cool cocktails are nice here. This is a cool place and reminds me of older South Street except it is still around. They support the community here and have good food and drinks. What more can you ask for?

Overall, we enjoyed the food. It was mainly the cheese fries. I haven't had cheese whiz on fries since forever so that was a nice surprise. I wasn't a huge fan of the vegan cheesesteak mostly because I've had real beef before and impossible meat seems to be the only product to pull that off. My husband had the smash burger which he said was better than good. Our waitress was nice and the vibe is pretty chill even with the bar and random people just walking in.

I was visiting Philly and really wanted to eat a Philly cheesesteak while in Philly! But because of dietary restrictions needed something vegan and this place came through! The vegan Philly cheesesteak is absolutely delicious!! According to my friend who is not vegan and tried some, it taste basically like the same thing. The inside is really cool. There's graffitied walls and bumper cars placed around. They have a bunch of other vegan options as well and everything was reasonably priced. I will def be back the next time I'm in Philly.

Fantastic all around: decor, drinks, food, bartenders, staff, vibes. My favorite kind of spot that totally owns its originality and makes anyone feel welcomed and at-home.I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, wings, and parmesan pepper tots. The tots are addicting comfort food that I absolutely recommend not skipping. I appreciate that they have great vegan options and imagine the whole menu translates really well to takeout, if that's the kind of vibe you're feeling instead. The sandwich was super filling and not overly spicy, if you're a spice hesitant person.I grabbed a cider on tap and also tried the Cosmo Cloud cocktail, served with cotton candy and an absolute treat. I don't think I could do more than one (especially since this drink comes with a shaker full of cocktail remains...so it almost drinks like two cocktails) but I highly recommend giving it a go if you're in a sweet tooth kind of mood.Cannot wait until my next visit to South Street and Tmoms! My brother & I went on a road trip to Philly & found this fun location that had a nice selection of vegan options. We came on "meatless Monday" and they were also hosting karaoke night. The vibe inside the location is so chilled, seems like the perfect place for grad students to come and unwind but still have a great time. I ordered the vegan Philly cheese steak and waffle fries (I ordered regular fries but just went along with it. Didn't want to make a fuss) the food was delicious. The waitress was so nice and patient with me as I have a peanut allergy & forgot to call in advance to confirm the meat & cheese base was nut free (it is yay) the serving size was a great size. I took half back to the hotel. I only took 1 star because 1, I don't really like (any) waffle fries & 2 the cheese steak was good just needed something, like idk lettuce or mayo idk. It taste good just a lot of bun
