This was our first time trying Taste of Asia and we were pleasantly surprised how good & fresh the food was. We went on a Friday for lunch at around noon. Note: they are closed on Tuesdays. The restaurant is a clean no frills place with basic decor, serving Chinese & Thai cuisine. We were the only ones seated in the small dining room, however there was lots of take out activity. Our server was attentive & friendly. We ordered from the Lunch Specials portion on the extensive menu. These specials are from 11:30am - 2:30pm & come with an egg roll & your choice of steamed, fried or brown rice (add $1) or Lo Mein (add $3). The portions are good size (enough to take some home), with reasonable prices too, ranging from $9.50-$11.95. My son had the Orange Chicken with fried rice & it was delicious, made fresh. It was a little light on the sauce. I had the Sweet and Sour Shrimp with fried rice. This was probably some of the best shrimp I've tasted in awhile - plump & juicy. With mine too it needed more sauce, as well as more veggies and pineapple. BTW the pineapple tasted fresh, like it was just cut. The rice & egg rolls were tasty as well. We would have liked sodas but the fountain drink machine was out of order. I recommend trying this place out, we'll be back!

This place is sooooo good! I came here once and have not stopped going back. Everything on the menus is fairly priced and authentic and yummy! It's VERY consistent and you get a good quantity of food. I'm definitely a loyal customer Great Service, Simple ambiance , and in the beautiful area of Central Park / Stapleton

Food was decent but definitely worth it for the cheap prices. They gave plenty of food. I ordered take out and they kindly let me take some siracha to go with my sesame chicken with fried rice. Very close to my place of work so it's convenient as well.

Tried here twice and perhaps it's timing, usually I don't have much complaints about the food, it's delicious and for the price their lunch specials are great. We had Mongolian beef takeout today with fried rice, now the food was seasoned well and looked appetizing, but halfway though I think my Mongolian beef was more Mongolian onions. So I'm not sure if it's just my order or this is normal. Anyways, like I said the food was tasty but if I wanted stir fry onions I would've just ordered that. I know I'll end up trying them again to see if they're going to put more meat in my order next time.

I am glad I looked at the 4.2 stars on Google Reviews before I looked at Yelp. It is usually the other way around for me. I ate lunch here today and couldn't believe how delicious it was. $10.50 for the Lunch Kung Pao chicken with fried rice and an egg roll.The Kung Pao came out steaming hot with extremely fresh veggies and delicious tasting chicken in a rick, slightly spicy brown sauce. The portion was very large and I didn't think I would be able to finish it all. It was so delicious that I cleaned the plate. The # 1 thought I kept having as I ate it was how fresh it all tasted.There aren't many good Chinese restaurants in this area and this 1 deserves some recognition! Great lunch today!

Horrible. Literally ordered it for express delivery. 40 minutes went by so I called to see what the hold up was. They were cleaning their kitchen and said it would be another 20 minutes. My poor driver was waiting there the entire time. I had to contact DoorDash because if I cancelled the order I wouldn't get a refund because @they accepted the order and were preparing for it." I even asked why they accepted the order if they were cleaning and he kept ignoring the question.

The service is great but the food is aweful. Nothing is cooked fresh. It's so overcooked like it has been cooked hours before served and kept warm until every vegetable has almost no texture left. Everything tastes like it's fermenting and turning into beer. Will never eat here again.
