Ruby's at night... love me some beef fajita Gordita! ... Ruby's in the morning... chorizo and egg tacos ... I like mine with refried beans.... You can watch old time movies while you wait for your food! Clean... friendly staff... and conveniently located!

Listen, this place isn't here to impress you. It's a taco truck next to a chicken coop that's open 24-hours a day, what can possibly be expected? I find it hella charming to see the chickens pecking around while you eat, but in the eyes of food health and safety? Not so sure.I visited around 2PM on a Monday and only waited a couple minutes, so I didn't experience the monumental wait time others are complaining about. The gal that took my order did not seem pleased to be alive, but again, what ought I expect?Took maybe 5 minutes tops for my tacos. I got a chorizo (full menu all day) and two chorizo as well as a cuppa corn. Good, solid, a teeny bit small. The cilantro and onion was perfect to have but could have used more. Salsa is okay and served in little dime bags, which made me laugh. I tried the flour today and they were good! Pillowy and soft. I'll try the corn next and definitely some al pastor. Someone who reviewed this mentioned it's good but I didn't see it on the menu otherwise I would have ordered it.The weather was good and I got to eat outside among the fowl and highway 6 traffic. It's a unique experience, and considering I can come any time, day or night, I could see this becoming a solid staple in my repertoire.

Quaint/w Chickens(live lol). The food is delicious! Definitely worth the drive! Great experience, anytime!

After our Thanksgiving outing; we got hungry late that night so we decided on getting tacos. We headed to Taqueria Ruby because they are open 24/7! My daughter has ate here before and said they were good. It is just a taco truck, but hey I'm good with that. There was 3 ladies working and we order some fajita beef tacos, pork and fajita chicken tacos. I was told it was fajita chicken not shredded chicken. When we got hone I found out my chicken tacos were shredded with tomatoes. You know me--no tomatoes!! My husband is such a sweetheart he traded me his beef for my chicken. That true love..giving up beef tacos!! The tacos at first looked small but they were packed with meat. Good tacos. Next time I am going to try some breakfast tacos.Return=yes

I'll drive across town any day for these tacos. The pastor, the elote, and their Aguas are the best.

Breakfast tacos were pretty good.Chorizo y huevo was really good. I added frijoles to them..Wish tortillas were homemade but I understand cost wise... still came out good..Also grabbed a Mexican Coke..

Went in the middle of the night for a torta. Very satisfied and not too long of a wait. The green sauce is just amazing

Someone told us this was the best taco truck around so of course we had to go and check it out. I believe it was $61 for 13 tacos, horchata, and a coke. Had some chicharron tacos as well as carnitas. The tacos were good, I don't think it was the best I've had because of the meat but they were still good. They have a lot of seating here for a taco stand. They also have some talking parrots which didn't talk to us when we went. The woman did speak English, just order your food and wait for to pick it up. They were out of a few things when we went but not a big deal. I recommend this place it wasn't bad at all, but I wouldn't say it was the best I had, and a little more pricy than the rest of the places I've been.

Very good my go to Mexican taquria as it's only 1/2 mile from my home. Service is always good and Univision playing in the background adds to the ambiance and always makes me feel good. All tacos, the quseadillas are very filling and burritos were just right.

Good food. Great service!Great location, friendly staff.They just need to pave their driveway lol
