I love the tacos and the quesadillas they serve here!! Barbacoa, carnitas, I have been a client for seven years and they are always as good as it gets. They are just made, they have the real Mexican flavor, and they serve the barbacoa tacos with fresh onion and cilantro. You just pour as much salsa as you want on them and they are the best!! Oh, and you can ask for a real Coca Cola, or Joya de manzana!!

Did my last review jinx this place? The Citgo is closed and now Taqueria Mendez is no longer at this location if it's in business at all. I'll try and call and see if they've moved somewhere else.

One of the best street taco trucks around.recently move from citgo to fm 521 and e palm street.

Man I hate to do it to em b/c I've been straight tearing these tacos up but today, the cook came from the back, started messing with stuff before making my taco. He then proceeded to dig in his pockets and hand the guy taking the order some keys before digging in the cilantro and onions. And for him to do this right in fromt of me makes me wonder. Hmmm I like extra seasonings in my food but germs and lint aren't among them.

They have the best fajita tacos. The meat is tender and the flavor is on point. I'm all about flavor. They have quick service, I normally call my orders in. So delicious

Located in the same parking lot as Alpha Omega Gymnastics. Service is quick and food is decent. I ordered 8 tacos for under $13. I favored the carnitas over the barbacoa and the green salsa over the red salsa. The carnitas had more flavor and red salsa had a slight smokiness to it. Come for a quick and inexpensive bite to eat.

I frequently order tripa tacos and fajita quesadilla here. Quick and inexpensive. They also offer bottled 1/2 liter sodas.

Not very friendly couldn't understand English worth shit. I ordered street tacos he didn't know what that was anyway they have it listed on the menu with a picture. Picture showed street 6 tacos with With carrots jalapeños onions cilantro. I didn't get a damn bit of any of that when I question why is there only five he said it's just because it's a picture it's not six it's supposed to be five. I replied well you should tell people that before you order that it's only five that the picture means nothing. He didn't bother to reply just walked away.. I hate when people are not friendly and your giving them business.. Very close to my house but definitely won't be going back. I do not recommend this food truck....Just open my tacos and they're not even pork I do not eat beef. I specifically asked if they had the pork tacos and he said yes. So I just called the phone number listed on the truck and ask do you have pork tacos and he's like no we don't have any pork today. The man did not understand a single lick of what I was trying to tell him. So if you don't speak Spanish it's not a good place to go.

Tried this place after seeing their only review in 7 years. They didn't disappoint and give full delicious tacos.
