So as soon as I walked through the doors we were greeted and was told to sit anywhere we like. I love restaurants that do that. So by the time we picked a booth and sat down the chips and salsa was placed on the table and our waitress waiting to take our drink orders. Service was amazing the chicken in my nachos was the best I've had in a long time. No fat, big slices and seasoned amazingly. The food was also steaming hot! I ended up trying their horchata and it's the main reason I'm making this post. It was the best horchata I've ever had!!! It was perfect. I'm definitely coming back and telling all my friends about this place! Thanks for the amazing service and food.

Happened to try this place before rounding up the last ingredients for Christmas dinner. Wow! Prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious.They have a pico salsa, spicy green salsa (with sour cream and avocados) and a hotter red salsa. I used the green salsa on my Barbacoa burrito and it was amazing. Wifey got the caldo and loved it! The portions are bigger and you will have leftovers. Definitely will return!

Go here now! This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Houston. It's authentic, affordable and the staff is super friendly. My girlfriend and I just happened to stop here one day while in the area, and we've been back every month for over a year. Highlights for me are the Jalisco Burrito and the Parrillada Mixta.

Its a comfortable place where it doesn't matter what you wear. You are getting authentic good at a great price.I always order a burrito to go for the next day. The lengua is awesome. I would skip the queso. Its not a fave of ours.I wasn't too hungry one day and ordered the avacado tostada. It was huge and delicious. Don't miss that gem.The menudo is good. Cut in nice size pieces and no hominy just like I like it. Plus served every day, not just the weekend.The breakfast here is excellent as well.

Los Charros was the first restaurant I discovered near my workplace and came back many times after that. They have almost everything I judge a Mexican restaurant by: tasty horchata, black beans, salsa, chile rellenos, and real limes. They're only missing good dessert, their tres leches is not the best...Aside from that, great place to eat. The waiters are super nice and friendly.

The waitress are so rude, the service is terrible. The food is inexpensive and taste good but not getting refills and wrong orders is not worth it. I've come a few times hoping for better service, hasn't happened. We visited around 6pm on weekday and tried on a weekend, same waitress so same rude terrible service. Hire new waitress!!

It's a little hole in the wall but authentic food. Definitely will be coming back. The only downside of our experience was the wait time for our food, we waited about 40 minutes. That's not cool when you're hungry lol. Hopefully that isn't the usual.
