Taqueria Las Pena

My family and I love this place. The tacos are $2 each but worth the money because it is packed with a lot of meat, avocado and the white cheese on top is just amazing. The taco sizes are bigger than what you normally see in taco trucks. The sauce is to die for. We usually check out different taco trucks every time we want tacos. But after finding this place, we never tried any new taco places around. This is definitely our favorite "go to" taco truck.

My sister introduced me to Taqueria Las Pena a few years ago. They've moved around a couple of times between then. Now they're located near a car wash and daycare. I usually get the beef quesadilla. The green salsa is awesome. The red sauce is super spicy. My sister loves their horchata, which comes in a huge styrofoam cup for $2.00 and tastes like iced chai soymilk.

Excellent fajita tacos, tortas, and nachos. Authentic AND affordable! Definitely a must-try if you're in the Spring/Tomball area. The service is friendly and the food is fresh. Our new go-to taco place!

Hands down the best tacos I have ever had. I've tried various meats at Las Pena, and all are savory and on point. Plus, you can't beat the price. Their Salsa is to die for, but the red salsa is quite spicy if you are not a fan of heat. I highly recommend this spot. Located on 2920 next to Texas Mega Storage and across the street from Neal's, at the moment.

I think this a new location for Taqueria Las Pena, but they are an established food truck that has been around for a long time. I can't believe we hadn't tried them sooner. When I tell you that this place was amazing, that's an understatement. I had been in search of good authentic tasting Mexican food in the area and have had a struggle to really find a great taco stand. Taqueria Las Pena is everything I wanted and more. Their gorditas are AMAZING. They're $3 but they're stuffed like crazy. Tacos are $1.75 and they're super delicious. We tried the Pastor, Fajita, and Lengua. Our personal favorite meat was the Pastor. It tasted like heaven in every bite. Beware of the green salsa, that thing was insanely spicy!!!!

Y'all I've had a lot of tacos in spring area . This by far is my favorite. For 2$ you get Avocado onions cheese with no extra charge . Normally taco places charge for every single thing but this place just throws it in . And for only 2$ a taco you really can't beat it . Top tier tacos best on 2920 and in the spring area Hundred percent guarantee

Do your mouth a favor... Eat here! Will you become addicted? Yes. Will you think about the tacos/ tortas every day? Yes. Will you never try another taqueria again? Well, no; I mean, who says no to tacos am I right? But all the others won't even come close to this one and you will realize that pretty quickly. Taqueria Las Pena, you do the damn thing and you do it right! 10/5 stars!
