This is place serves up some decent Mexican food. However some days the food can be a hit or a miss. The california burrito is always huge and good here. Torta is pretty decent too. The salsa is spicy, but it annoys me when they charge extra for chips and salsa. The filete diabla, which is a grilled fish filet in Diablo sauce and grilled onions, was way too greasy and oily and the fish quality wasn't very fresh tasting. Odd that they also pair it with a side of buttered bread. The rice and beans is slightly bland (like canned). The chips are a nice thick crunchy texture here but the salsa, while tasty, is very very watered down where it's hard to scoop.

The food is really good, specially the flour tortillas. The service is not so good. They have a lot of servers but they are always talking. The males are the worst. I didn't leave tip. First time there, a party of 6 my wife never got her plate. We were all done and she was pissed. Then they made it to go and wanted to charge her for it. Secondly time a few months later the male server never came to ask if we need anything. If he had come he would haves learned we needed a spoon. No coffee, nothing! Food is good but great where it will override the service. Price is reasonable.
